This canal-front property boasts direct water access by way of a private dock and a convenient, walkable location close to restaurants, bars, golf, tennis, and Sunset Beach. A sunny gravel patio comes furnished for outdoor living with a grill, dining table, and hammock strung beneath a shady palm tree. Lucky anglers can filet the day's fresh catch at the dedicated fish cleaning station on the dock. Kayaks are also provided for cruising the neighborhood waterways. Enjoy exclusive access to a private swim club at the Cabana Club, located steps from the property. Enjoy private beach access, pool, hot tub, poolside bar and lounge, full bar, snack bar, restaurant, and beach shop. Plus, Sunset Beach is less than a mile away.

Showcasing modern coastal decor, the home comes equipped for carefree Conch living with upgraded features and appliances. Enjoy casual downtime in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV, or head down to the rec room to shoot a few rounds of pool. The full kitchen is equipped with a suite of stainless steel appliances for easy handling of home cooking, plus a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. There are smart TVs in every bedroom, the living room, and the rec room. The garage-level rec area features an additional lounge area, a pool table, and a second refrigerator for easy indoor/outdoor living.

Each spacious bedroom has a private balcony with water views and an en suite bathroom.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful, easy, and chill

I came with a group of guys (in our 50s) for a dad’s spring break. We slept 7 comfortably, and all of us worked for part of every day—the wifi is strong and there are plenty of places to “office up.” Most afternoons we converged on the beach club across the road, which is such a great spot. Affordable drinks, delicious mahi sandwiches, very kind staff, you can post up on the beach or at the pool. The backyard provides a great spot for happy hour, and we saw a manatee in the canal there a couple times. Close access to Marathon, tons of great restaurants nearby, and a fun little no-fuss par-three golf course all close by as well, but for all that, the location feels quiet and super chill. This place is great for groups looking for a relaxing, easy stay in the keys.

Salty Seahorse

The house was perfect for our week stay in Key Colony Beach! We loved how close it was to Cabana Club for beach and pool access. The house had everything and more than we needed to stay entertained…pool/ping pong table, kayaks, and plenty of balconies for enjoying morning sunrises and evening sunsets. Beds were super comfortable and had all the linens we needed. Highly recommend this house! We will definitely stay here again!

Family getaway

The place was nice and clean. Plenty of room for 6 people. The kids loved the pool table and ping pong table, they also had lots of board games, dice and cards. The property was at the end of the canal but had 2 kayaks you could use. The Cabana Club was also included which was right across the street and had a nice pool and beach, the lady at the front desk there was very strict and kind of crabby but it was a nice place to go.

Great overall would go again

Across the street from beach 1 minute walk and on a canal with nice view. Unit was well kept with comfortable beds and furniture. Good towels and linens along with beach towels umbrella and chairs. Outdoor furniture on each patio and nice grill and dining table out back. Well stocked kitchen dishes glasses and silverware but no spices or Tupperware storage containers. Only suggestions to have there would be lounge chairs on the patio, no indoor dining table just tv tables, and only 2 garbage bags for 7 night 8 day stay. Also recommend a guest book which most rentals have with shopping, food, restaurant, and activity suggestions.
