With 4k Smart TVS in every room. 2 blocks to Short North's focal strip of bars, restaurants, shops & entertainment 1.7 miles to Ohio Stadium 1.5 miles from Arena District's Concert Venues and Pro Sports Teams 1.1 miles from Convention Center Perfect space for comfortably hosting 16 guests!!

The Space:
Custom built 3-story Luxury Townhouse finished in February 2022 with Top of the Line Finishes, Stainless Steel Appliances, Vaulted Ceilings, MARBLE Countertops, Spacious Open Layout, Built-In High Speed Internet, Smart TV access, and 2-Car detached Garage. On the Premier Floor you will find the first Living room along with an amazing finished with Granite Island equipped for all of your cooking needs to include basic equipment for large family-sized meals. We provide a coffee machine as well, Dining Area, and half bath.
The basement you will find another Living room with a wet-bar. The couch pulls out into a full size mattress. Bedroom with Queen size, along with a full bath. There is two luxury Queen mattresses with linens/pillows in bedroom closet
On the 2nd level of the home you will find VERY Spacious Outdoor Terrace w/ TV and gas heater! A full Bath and another bedroom with a twin over Full bunk bed with a twin trundle. On the 3rd story you will find Washer/Dryer as well as a Luxurious Master Bedroom & BEAUTIFUL Private Large Master Bath.

Great Location & Spacious Property

Overall, our stay was good! PROS: location was great! Seemed like a good neighborhood, close proximity to SEVERAL restaurants, Columbus convention center, etc. Plenty of parking available. Property was spacious and updated! Lots of choices for sleeping arrangements based on the needs of your party. Full-service kitchen with plates, glasses, utensils, etc. Smart TV's in every bedroom and living room areas, which is great for large parties. Comfortable beds with plenty of blankets, pillows, sheets, etc. Communication with honor was spot on and appreciated! CONS: VERY large step from garage to concrete area behind home. We had several members of our party almost fall multiple times. Showers were arctic cold temperatures for some members of our party. Potential water heater issue? Walls need to be cleaned or re-painted as they are stained and dirty. Toilet connected to bunk-bed room seemed to be running continuously and was very noisy. Overall, we would stay here again, but would like to see the problems fixed above.

OSU Game

Javk Corp was an exceptional host. The house exceeded our expectations...very clean and close to all things we needed to do in Columbus. This house was very comfortable for all 10 of us. I would Highly recommend!!

I was very happy with my stay here ! the place was amazing and was just the vibe that me and my spouse were looking for to get away for the weekend while we were in Columbus ! We had some friends over after a night out for a little game night before heading back to texas and they loved the place !!

Great property

Had an excellent stay with the family. Property had plenty of room for us five and then some. Great communication for check in and check out. Very clean and modern amenities. Enjoy the second floor patio area. Close walk to High St and close to Ohio St. All in all a great experience.

Would have been perfect place to stay if check in check out was better communicated. Wrong code sent to get in, missing pic for parking spots. Check out instructions should be available upon arrival for planning. I was left to pull off bedding and empty every last garbage can to go on a search for a garbage bin outside behind some garage not in sight. Its terrible to stack garbage bags for a couple days when you could have been throwing it out as it accumulates.
