Offering a king in the master bedroom, twin bunks in the hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, up to 6 guests can sleep comfortably. Whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen with a large kitchen island, or order in from nearby restaurants, and sit around the table planning your daily adventures. The dining table seats up to 4 guests with additional seating at the kitchen island for 3. The open concept makes it easy to enjoy one another’s company. When you’re done with a long beach day, the spacious living room offers a flat screen TV and comfortable living room furniture that makes for the perfect movie night. Lounge on the spacious deck with your favorite drink in hand while overlooking the boardwalk and enjoy evening light shows over the water. A situation that could have went wrong

We checked in to our room around 8pm after a long day of traveling to find out our condo hadnt been cleaned from the last renters. I called the property manager and although they werent able to send a cleaner out, someone was able to run us clean linens about 2 hours later. They did send a cleaner out the next morning around 1040am and she did a wonderful job, it just sucked to have to clean our own shower to bathe that night, but we made the best of it. The actual listing and condo were perfect and it was, by no means, the condos fault which I why I gave it 4 stars. Once it was clean, it was perfect!

Recent stay

The unit was clean and spacious. Upon entering, we immediately smelled marijuana as an adjacent unit to ours partook our entire stay. The unit could really use blackout curtains as some of our party slept on the sofa bed, and it gets bright early. The elevators will be the downfall of this resort. We ended up taking the stairs (15th floor) multiple times as we often waited over 15 minutes to get a full elevator. Lastly, be prepared to spend an extra $70 for a parking pass and wrist bands to use the unit’s amenities! It may have be posted in the listing, but if so, 3 adults overlooked this prior to our arrival. We would not stay here again.

Nice room, hated the property.

Our room was as described and was very nice! The company that we were communicating with through Vrbo it was also very good at getting back to us before we went. However, the condominium itself was not very good. The elevators were terrible and some were broken during the stay. There were so many rooms with so few elevators that you had to wait sometimes up to 45 minutes to go down an elevator. We would have taken the stairs but being on the 15th floor that is not really an option with a child that has a broken foot. We tried the main pool on the first day and the workers were not very friendly and it was overcrowded so we ended up trying the 10th floor pour on day two. That pool was better but by day three it was closed because of an accident in the pool and then when they reopened it someone puked in the pool and there was always things floating in the pool. The workers at Laketown wharf are also friendly that we’re walking around but in the main lobby or extremely rude. Check in was not a great experience at all and customer service was lacking in the lobby. We ate at Juan taco and we also ate at the Burger joint. Both were very good. It was nice to be right across the street from pineapple Willys, but that is not enough to get us to go back!
