Welcome to Lyndell Beach Cottage. This cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage is a quick walk to the beach and is perfect for your family getaway. Unwind in the living room on comfortable furniture and flat screen TV after a long day at the beach. A fully equipped kitchen provides the chef of the group to whip up delectable meals or enjoy one of the many near by restaurants. When it’s time to call it a day, you’ll find a king guest bedroom and an additional guest room with Twin over Twin Bunks with a twin trundle to comfortably sleep 7. Parking for 4. Parking in garage not available. Come see why Lyndell Beach Cottage will be your family favorite for years to come.

Lyndell Beach Cottage is located in the central part of Panama City Beach.  It is a great quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach.  It is also located just minutes to Pier Park.

Convenient location

The location is great! We will definitely stay there again. My family and I had a great trip. We was able to walk to the beach, pier to fish, eat, shop and play. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and safe.

They need to leave a broom for inside the house and some of the wall need to be cleaned and leave some extra trash bags.

As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping leaves a limited amount/starters of such products as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, and dish detergent. Property & location met our needs. Only issue was cleanliness of the house & a updated decor, which wasn't a deal breaker. Just needs a deep clean & some fresh paint.

Great stay close to the beach

The only thing I would rate down was cleanliness. Needed the vacuum ran a little better as I found lots of long hairs by the master bathroom sink. It was super close to the beach and within walking to a souvenir shop. Beautiful home with great backyard for small gatherings and outdoor shower for after the beach. So great.

House most definitely was not cleaned, we found under wear under one of the beds there was roaches and ants in the house and the bathrooms were disgusting the tv in the living room didnt work at all

Rough

When we arrived, open the door to enter the home and the screen door fell apart detached from the wall. We get in and the sink in the hall bath was leaking water. And the bathroom in the master bath the toilet was stopped up. we arrived Monday afternoon. Check-in was at four and we called and did not get the toilet fixed until Thursday afternoon the day before we checked out on Friday. No one offered partial refund or anything for our experience or even a free day. The inconvenience of one toilet for eight people was very frustrating.
