Enjoy the floating dock over the marsh. Pets under 40 lbs. allowed - a pet fee will be charged per pet at the time of booking confirmation with our office. No parties. No motorcycles.

Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued. All vehicles in violation will be towed by the City the of North Myrtle Beach at the vehicle owners expense.

Guest Access:
Guests required to pick up and drop off keys to the rental office.

53rd Ave in the Cherry Grove section of NMB. Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi.

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
