This chic apartment is spread over 84 sqm and has capacity for 4 people. It is located on the 15th floor of Manhattan Tower.
The living room features a glamour interior, with a large grey sofa bed, a matching armchair, a coffee table, and a smart TV with streaming services like Netflix. The room also includes multiple paintings, decorations and plants.
The room is naturally well-lit, thanks to a floor-to-ceiling panoramic glass doors giving access to a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, overlooking the mesmerizing city landscapes.

Next to the living area is a large table with 6 chairs. The dining area comes with top-notch dishes and silverware, and has beautiful wall decor.
The kitchen has granite countertops and wooden cabinets. It is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including cooking basics, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, juicer, gas stove, coffee maker, and more.
Inside you will find the charming master bedroom, fully furnished and decorated. It comes with a king-size bed dressed with fresh white linen and light covers, room darkening shades hiding the window glass, night tables with lamps, a desk with a chair, and a wardrobe. We can also provide you with extra pillows and blankets, upon request.

The room has a private full bathroom, with a bathtub, a washbasin, a toilet, and all the bathroom amenities such as cleaning products, hair dryer, hot water, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, and more.
There’s also a second bathroom for guests at the apartment; it comes with a washbasin and a toilet.
The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, and first aid kit. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

Major landmarks around the tower include Circle Mall, Dubai Autodrome, and Jebel Ali Racecourse.

Shaikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road are about 5 minutes away. Residents with private vehicles can use these highways to connect with various important areas and destinations in Dubai. Those relying on public transportation near Manhattan Tower JVC will find taxis, buses and metro as their options.

Wester La Residencia Bus Stop is about a 5-minute walk from the building. One can board bus J01 at the station.
- METRO STATIONS NEAR MANHATTAN TOWER
The nearest option to use Dubai Metro is the Al Furjan Metro Station. It is about a 15-minute drive away and is part of the Dubai Metro’s Route 2020.
