The ocean front pool is irresistibly refreshing, the only suit required on Amelia Island is your bathing suit!
If you’d like to try fishing, grab a pole and head out on the exclusive pier available to only Amelia by the Sea residents. Tennis and pickle ball courts are located on site so bring your rackets. Wrap up your days with gorgeous sunsets over the oak trees, the 7th floor provides expansive views of the island.
If you decide to venture beyond the gates of the condo, Amelia Island is filled with opportunities to explore, dine and play. Let us help you plan – we live a few minutes from the condo and will be eager to assist you with your vacation needs and help you vacation like a local.

In the kitchen:
Filtered water osmosis system in kitchen – no need for bottled water
Basic seasonings
Non-stick cooking spray
Creamer and sugar packets
Paper towels (one extra under the sink)
Fully stocked with dishware and cookware
Dish soap and dishwasher detergent
Clean sponge each after each guest
Trash bags

In the bathrooms:
3 sets of towels per bathroom (bath, hand and wash cloth)
Soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion
Hairdryers in each bathroom
Makeup washcloth
Toilet paper (one extra roll under the sink)
Laundry soap and dryer sheets

For the beach:
Small cooler
Beach towels
2 beach chairs
Bring sunscreen and extra chairs if needed
