These repairs, mandated by Florida law following the 2024 milestone study, are crucial to maintaining the building's safety and integrity. The focus will be on staircases and balconies; however, this unit's balcony has already been completed. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, with no work on weekends. Repairs are expected to last about one year.
