Welcome to “Beach Daze”…Relax and be mesmerized by the gorgeous oceanfront views from this recently updated and freshly painted fifth floor condo while listening to the melodious sounds of waves crashing and the smell of the salt air!

Relax and enjoy the amazing upper floor views of the ocean, spacious oceanfront pool, the white sandy beaches of Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island and the fishing pier from the oceanfront balcony!

This wonderfully furnished condo features two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The oceanside master bedroom suite boasts breathtaking ocean views and hosts a comfortable king bed with luxurious linens for comfort and a mounted flat screen Smart tv with an enlarged master bathroom en suite, double vanity sinks and extra storage area.

The second bedroom has two double beds for the children or other guests. There is also a mounted flat screen Smart tv and ample storage space for your vacation items as well.

This beautiful condo boasts ocean views from the kitchen, dining, and living room! The living room is newly furnished with ample seating AND a pullout Queen sofa as well as a Smart tv for all your streaming or cable needs!

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed for either a quick meal prep or a full course meal. The dining/breakfast bar area is set up with a newly furnished bar height dining table with seating for six and a bar height bench which will seat two comfortably for that casual meal after a beautiful day at the beach!

A stackable washer/dryer is located in the entryway hall for guest use which makes traveling and packing much easier!

At “Beach Daze”, we want our guests to relax and not stress about the “little things”, so we provide plush bath and beach towels, starter toiletry items of soap and shampoo/conditioner for guest use as well as basic cleaning supplies.

Whether you choose to enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean and pool area, make use of the grilling/picnic area, or play some tennis…we look forward to you making years of memories at our “Beach Daze” condo at Amelia by the Sea!

**Please note: Beginning mid-March 2025 through summer 2025 there will be exterior concrete work on the East side of the building and balconies in accordance with the Florida Milestone Inspection** Rates have been adjusted to reflect the construction.

Great views and a great location!

The condo was very clean and well furnished, even better than any other I have stayed! The views are spectacular and the kitchen is well stocked with needed pots, pans dishes, glasses, etc. come and enjoy!!

Needs a remodel

This property is located right on the beach and the view from the unit is wonderful, however, the condo is worn and dated. It could use a kitchen remodel and the bathrooms need to be updated.

Full ocean view

The condo was in a great location with easy access to the beach and wonderful ocean views. The building is old but well maintained and everything worked perfectly. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed for a week at the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

The property was good. There were a few things to be aware of. Beds are very soft. There need to be some updates to cabinets and bathroom fixtures - but all worked well and we had plenty of hot water. LVT floors were exceptionally clean. Need a few more pieces of silverware in the kitchen if you have more than 4 people eating more than one meal a day. Pool at the complex is large. They need a few more umbrellas but chairs appear to be new. Not on a crowded part of the beach. Need 2 more curtain panels to cover windows and door to deck (unusable while we were there due to renovations). Music at Surf restaurant across the street is loud but ends about 930 each night. Nice selection of music. Need a few nonstick pans to use for breakfast. Oven is slow to preheat but cooks well. Only 4 ice trays in the freezer. No ice maker. The building has obviously been there a while. The complex should invest in something other than grocery carts for moving things up/down to the apartments. Most carts were so rickety they had to be held up when you pushed the cart. Den sofas are firm and great to sit on. It would help to leave instructions about TV operation. It is convenient and clean, but as I said earlier, needs a few updates. We would probably stay here again.

October Stay

Wonderful accommodations. The condo was immaculate and looked to be recently remodeled. The grounds are well kept and the surprisingly large pool was a bonus.

Amelia by the Sea

We stayed a long weekend. Unfortunately, it rained the first two days, but the wx broke and we got to enjoy the sun rising and time on the beach. It is close to downtown Fernandina Beach and we enjoyed spending time there. The condo was super clean when we arrived and was well furnished. We enjoyed our stay

Wonderful fall vacation!

This unit was just as described, beautiful, clean and had an awesome ocean front view of the Atlantic Ocean! Check in was easy. Had an unusual problem due to the torrential rain that happened the afternoon we checked in. Amy quickly got the property maintenance man to resolve it. We got to view the full moon rising over the waves one night. We found a handful of sharks teeth and unusual shells throughout the week. We dined at a different restaurant every night and there were countless others to try. All in all it was amazing! Thanks for a great week Amy!

This condo was very clean! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with anything you could need. The only thing we needed was more ice, as the ice machine is not functioning and there are only 4 ice trays. So make sure you bring a bag of ice! Other than that, our visit was perfect!

Nice condo, beautiful view

This two bedroom condo was very clean and had plenty of space to spread out. The large balcony had rocking chairs and a table and four chairs to sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with anything you might need. Communication with the property manager was very easy, and questions were promptly answered. We would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Condo on the beach was perfect

Our rental at Amelia by the Sea was even better than we anticipated. The condo had a well stocked kitchen and it was immaculate. There were beach towels, coolers and chairs too. Fabulous beach and fishing pier provided hours of activity. Balcony overlooked the beach and ocean. Can’t wait to come back

Excellent Getaway

Check-in is easy and contactless. Once inside, the condo is spacious and comfortable with warm colors and decor. The condo is very clean and the kitchen well stocked. Bathrooms are spotless and the master bed a dream to sleep in. Great views of the ocean and pier off the balcony with rocking chairs and a table with 4 chairs. Property security is super with keypad door entry and card reader to drive through the gate. We were comfortable and secure during our stay and hope to visit again.

Excellent condo at Fernandina beach

Very nice condo with great beach access, easy parking, elevator to 5th floor, private pier, and nice patio. The balcony was spacious with good furniture. The refrigerator ice machine had issues and the oven was a little sub-par, bathroom fixtures a little dated, but overall very clean and we enjoyed it. I had no reason to contact the owner for anything, as her instructions were very clear.

Great vacation in Amelia Island!

This is such a lovely property. It's clean and exactly as described in the listing. The view of the ocean is absolutely incredible; I enjoyed that aspect the most. The private pier is so nice, as is the shared pool. Amy was so great. The coffee maker stopped working during our stay and she dropped off a replacement the same morning! The condo is close to restaurants, historic Fernandina Beach, and Ft. Clinch State Park. We also took at trip to the zoo in Jacksonville, and that was only about 40 mins away. We loved our stay and hope to return,

Clean and cozy

Condo building is older and showing its age. Condo itself was clean and had everything we needed. One thing to note is that you can hear through bathroom wall between the bathrooms very easily. Nice long private fishing pier was being redone when we were there so it was pretty noisy on the beach with pumps and chain saws going, but portion that is done looked really nice and was still open for use. Easy check in with gated parking. Enjoyed our stay and nice home base for visiting St Augustine as well.

Excellent Stay. Quiet, conveniently located condo with beautiful sunrise view.

Would stay again. My family enjoyed the condo - it was located in a nice area and easy to get to the beach (walk over the boardwalk). The beds were comfortable and the condo was well stocked with newer cookware and appliances. Owner was extremely responsive via text. The beach was quiet, with a handful of couples or families walking it during the day. Great opportunity to look for shells and shark teeth at low tide. While Amelia by the Sea has it's own pier out over the ocean, it was still undergoing repairs while we were there. When finished, it will be great to walk out on.
