Affectionately known as “Simply Paradise,” this two-story 2BR/2.5BA condo is part of the charming Orange Beach Villas at Twin Lakes complex. Guest amenities include access to the community pool, gazebo, and fishing lakes. Less than 1 mile from the Orange Beach Sportsplex. Drive 4 miles to Orange Beach, 7 miles to Gulf Shores Public Beach, and 10 miles to Tanger Outlets.

LIVING AREA
A beachy palette and maritime decor create a welcoming atmosphere in the roomy and open living space. Kick back on a queen-size sleeper sofa and matching armchair to watch your favorite shows on a 39” flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING
A spacious kitchen provides everything you need to create delicious home-cooked meals. A full suite of appliances includes a dishwasher and electric range.

When it’s time to eat, a stylish dining table seats four.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
This two-story condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa.

The serene bedroom suites feature queen-size beds, flat-screen TVs, ample closet space, and en-suite bathrooms configured with a tub/shower combination.

An additional half bath off the living room provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREAS
The community patio and pool are located just outside your door! Swim, lounge poolside, take refuge under the gazebo, or throw a line in one of the fishing lakes.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Additional perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a private washer/dryer, and designated parking for two vehicles. Additional guest parking is available first-come, first-serve. RVs, trailers, and 4-wheelers are not permitted.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs. Please note that access to certain areas of the home requires navigating a flight of steps, and therefore may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

THE LOCATION
Drive 2 miles to the Wharf at Orange Beach, where you’ll find a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options -- including the Wharf Marina and the Wharf Amphitheater.

Head 2.5 miles to the Orange Beach Waterfront Park, featuring a 400’ fishing pier and a year-round family park on scenic Wolf Bay. Or travel 9 miles to the Gulf Shores Sports Complex.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
