Create your next memories at this beautiful, oceanfront condo on the third floor of Ocean Place, where you'll have unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and access to the community's lovely outdoor swimming pool.

Inside, you'll find an open living and dining area with views of the ocean. There's a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, as well as two sets of sliding glass doors that lead outside to the oceanfront balcony - one set in the living room and one in the primary bedroom.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, an open closet, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The king guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination, as does the third bedroom with two twins and a trundle.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) only from June through mid-August.
-The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club and Beach Club of Amelia Island. Not all property owners are members of this exclusive resort and club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include year-round access to the private and gated Beach Club of Amelia Island, the oceanfront pool, and access to the beautiful oceanfront golf course at the Ritz Carlton. The Beach Club bar and grill, cabana, and towel services are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Amenity card fee $112 plus tax (subject to change).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
