Loved being close to the beach! Balcony was not private, washing machine didn’t work, parking lot lights weren’t all working properly and the pool near condo was under repair but out host did make us aware of that the day we arrived.

Lovely condo. We have stayed at summer beach before and I loved this unit. Great location right by pool. Updated and clean home. Host was wonderful and there if we had any questions. Perfect place to spend a week on Amelia Island.

Oceanfront townhouse was in the perfect location. Beautiful views, nicely furnished and a good value. Very comfortable beds, very clean with updated kitchen. The complex was quiet with gated off street parking. Very nice pool, gym and clubhouse area. We would stay here again, highly recommend.

Property matched the listing. Sailmaker is an older complex but this unit was well maintained. Owner proactive in addressing needed improvements.

The condo location was great. Beautiful beach view and so close to our wedding venue. The walking and biking trails were also nearby, along with a pickleball court. I would rent there again! Only negative was the bathrooms could use more hooks or towel racks for hanging things and the carpeting is look a bit worn, otherwise would highly recommend.

Beach view is great! The place is nice. We do wish the AC would have gotten a little cooler at night. It wasn’t too bad but could have been a little more comfortable. Would stay again!!!

We've stayed here before and has always been convenient for rest by the sea and easy shot to the surrounding restaurant and shops.

Gorgeous view. Kitchen was well stocked with plentiful dishware, glassware , pots and pans etc. Host was easily accessible. Very helpful that there are 4 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, and a couple of beach umbrellas in the unit. We were a group of 3 couples (who love to play cards and board games) and so we really appreciated that there are 6 dining chairs. This is a beautiful condo in a quiet complex. Great location as well.

My family and I had an absolutely amazing stay on Amelia Island. The owner was wonderful to work with. She answered my questions in a very timely manner. The decor was very coastal, perfect for being on the beach. We had no wants for anything, it was provided. The view of the ocean was fabulous! We had private access to the beach, as well as, the pool and workout facilities. The location is perfect to the major resorts and downtown shopping. We will certainly return on our next visit to Amelia Island.

Great Weather, easy walk to beach, appreciated the beach gear and access to nearby pool too. Condo was confortable for our family of 5 adults. Enjoyed the state parks and Ft. Clinch.
