Stunning Penthouse Condo-Amazing Views-Shipwatch of Omni Resorts!

Welcome to our fabulous top floor oceanfront 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Shipwatch condo located in the private gated community of the Omni Resort ~ Amelia Island!

This is a beautifully furnished, wonderfully renovated and tastefully decorated condo with expansive views of the ocean on the east side and the Intracoastal on the west.

Updated kitchen with granite countertops and bar seating along with a separate dining area. Wonderful living area with full living room seating as well as two recliners for relaxing and watching tv!

All bedrooms are wonderfully equipped with plush beds and luxurious sheets for a restful night's sleep. Two of the bedrooms have king beds while the third bedroom has two queen beds and all with fully updated bathrooms!

Two of the three bedrooms also are nicely decorated with mounted surf boards making them very interesting and entertaining! Surf's Up!

Come relax and enjoy the sunny days of Amelia Island whether relaxing by the oceanfront pool (heated seasonally), strolling on the beach searching for shells or just exploring all that the Historic area of Fernandina Beach has to offer! We look forward to sharing with you our fabulous condo and Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach!

**NOTE - There are 6-8 stairs once off the elevator before entering the condo. The condo itself is all on one level**

**Omni Hotel main pool and fitness center , golf course, tennis courts, and Omni shuttle are not included with this rental. However, Shipwatch Villas has a wonderful oceanfront pool (seasonally heated) available for use as well Omni public amenities, shopping, restaurants, parks and trails.**

Absolutely wonderful condo that has everything you would need for a perfect family beach stay. Would come back here anytime. The beach views are great. Rooms had everything you’d need. As soon as our family walked in the door, we knew that we had made the best choice for our spring break vacation property. This property is spacious with plenty of room to spread out, and essentially has three master suites. We were vacationing with our three school-aged children and grandparents and had a blast. The rooms were CLEAN and COMFORTABLE! We had easy access to the beach and the pool. We ate in for most of our meals, and between the dining area and the massive island had more than enough space. We can’t wait to visit and use this property again!

We loved staying at this property. It was even bigger than the pictures suggest, large rooms with lots of closet space. The views are perfection and it was seamless checking in and out.

The condo was clean and spacious however the elevator did not work for the entire duration of our stay. I felt as if communication on the issue was very delayed and distracted me from my vacation for a day and a half of texting back and too. There was not ample parking as advertised for the property. We came 4th of July and this is the reason the host gave for the parking issue. Regardless of when I visit I should have parking. Three of four nights we parked on the street, had to walk back and then climb 7 flights of stairs. We were told the building issue was out of the host’s control but also it was out of ours control it was not the experience we paid for. It definitely dampened the vacation for the entire family. I had an elderly guest that had to go home early.
