This beautiful coastal home has everything you need for an amazing family retreat from flat screens in the bedrooms and living room to a fully stocked kitchen to prepare amazing seafood after a long sunshine filled day at the beach! Beautiful coastal vibe Complete with WiFi this unit also has access to 2 amazing community pools and a great community playground for the littles! The emerald waters and pristine white sand awaits just minutes away! No elevators to wait on or tom foolery that is commonly perpetrated on Front Beach Road. Just park in front of your private home and enjoy the benefits of being in a peaceful community on the ground floor!

Additionally provided for your stay are beach chairs, ice chest, ice packs, beach towels, toys, a shade and a wagon to transport you to nirvana. Your host is a local and she is at your disposal for any help you may need.

Waiting inside the home is a QR code to scan and provide local entertainment and dining. However a few places close by that are above average are Bella Roma Tuscan Grill and it is right across the street. Then theres the Firefly Restaurant in the same shopping center as Rocket Lanes (My family and I love this place, you can roller skate). Farther E. of Jade Shell is the Clear Water Grill. If you like go carts don't leave the PCB with out trying one of the tracks and then play a game of mini golf. In the morning theres Another Broken Egg across the street or the locally owned Sunrise Cafe. Now if your up for a drive head West to the famous Thomas Donuts, you won't be disappointed!

This is a dog friendly home and the Pier Park Dog Park is located less than 5 miles from the rental property. Thats right your pup can enjoy the beach too. When you cannot take your pet on your adventures a kennel is provided. We do ask that your pet always be on a leash with you present while on your stay. Also you must clean up after your pet with doggie bags and deposit in the trash. If complaints are made our dog policy may be effected and that would be terrible for pet lovers who enjoy there furry friends company.

Great host

One of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed in and Katrina did a great job with communicating with us and addressing any concerns we had. Like others have mentioned, the cookies waiting for us upon arrival were certainly a nice treat! The house was well stocked with just about everything you would need. The location of the house is convenient to everything in PCB. We stayed for a month including during spring break and the neighborhood was a little noisy at times - once spring break concluded, it quieted down considerably.

Family Spring Break

My family and I stayed at Jade Shell during our daughter’s birthday/spring break. It was the perfect size for the 5 of us (myself, husband and 3 teenagers). We really liked that it was close by to the beach, shops and food yet away from the college spring break crowd. It was fully stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs, wagon and cooler. If we had any questions, we got a response very quickly. I would definitely recommend staying at Jade Shell and would book again if we are ever back in the area.

The house was very very nice. The house was generally close to everything. We had some goodies waiting for us. It was a nice touch after the long drive we had. They thought of every little detail. I would definitely come back again. Jill Moretz

This was our first VBRO booking. It was an excellent experience. The house was exceptionally clean, very well stocked with coffee and other supplies. A greeting gift of cookies on the table. I had a few questions and there was a very quick reply. 5 starts for sure.

Panama City Beach is home to me. I live just 3 mile away. I enjoy creating a cozy and clean environment. The little touches mean so much to me and I hope you enjoy them as well!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The community is quiet but still close to the action. A family favorite is Rocket Lanes and its right down the road. A personal favorite place to eat is Salt Water Grill (no reservation needed) and Firefly (reservation needed).

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

There are several amazing properties in this community so I think the difference is I really care about the guest. I also Q.C. the cleaning crew because that is extremely important to me.
