Very nice property!

Great location! Clean and quiet. The buildings looked pretty full, but we never heard anything. We didn’t use the pool, so I can’t comment on that. Lots of great restaurants close by, I recommend The Maine Diner! Overall, I would stay again.

Condo with a marschview

The property was very nice. I communicated with the mgmt. owner about how I thought it should be improved and they agreed and complied. It is in a large condo complex run by Village by the Sea Mgmt. This unit is run separately by Maine Mgmt. Co. so you have to deal with both with no access to the owner.

Everything was great except neither the TV nor the wi-fi worked

Liked the place but recommend: 1. Check INSIDE THE UNIT that TV and WiFI WORK rather than saying “ it worked” - one of the TV’s remote needed batteries and the others showed no signal. 2. Improve communication between the front desk and the owner so the process of getting problems resolved is accurate . 3.

Beach vacation

We had a great time at your beach condo! The weather wasn't ideal, but your dining room table was perfect for puzzles and games and the kids loved the indoor pool!

Inaccurate description

Inaccurate description. States AC throughout in description on VRBO but When I arrived and looked through the welcome binder it states AC in master bedroom and livingroom and specifically stated second bedroom did not have an AC unit and that leaving the second room door open will allow the room to cool off. I would not have booked if I knew the second bedroom was not AC as I have done this before and would not want to repeat. After a long hot day on the beach with kids , I want to be comfortable at night. There was a fan on the night stand but it didn’t cut it and it was too muggy for most of the stay for an open window to make a difference, and We did not sleep well many nights due to it being too hot in the space. I booked with another family so keeping a bedroom door open all night , offers no privacy. Would not stay again for this reason .
