Le cottage n ° 166 de Selkie Village à Beach Dreams est très joliment décoré et se trouve dans l’un des MEILLEURS emplacements de la propriété! Il a des planchers de bois franc partout avec un porche très privé 3 saisons qui bute contre le bois. Il y a une grande télévision à écran plat dans le salon ainsi qu'une télévision dans chaque chambre avec câble, HBO, Showtime et WiFi! L'unité est climatisée, mais pendant les nuits plus fraîches, vous pouvez vous blottir au chaud du foyer à gaz. Bien qu'il existe de nombreux excellents restaurants dans les environs, vous pouvez facilement préparer un bon repas dans la cuisine bien approvisionnée ou à l'extérieur avec le gril à gaz Weber sur le patio privé en briques. Une bonne façon de se détendre après une longue journée ensoleillée à la plage. Le porche 3 saisons est l'endroit idéal pour savourer votre café du matin ou des boissons pour adultes en fin de journée. Beach Dreams a de nombreux équipements sur la propriété et est situé à environ un mile de Moody Beach. Le tramway s'arrête juste en face de l'établissement pour vous emmener vers les plages de la région (notamment la plage principale d'Ogunqit), les boutiques et les restaurants. Il y a tellement de choses à faire dans ce domaine! Il y a une excellente pêche (décapants et poisson bleu), vélo, canotage & kayak, golf, de belles plages, de nombreux restaurants, et des boutiques pittoresques.

Relaxing, Spotless, and Exactly as Described!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We loved the three-season porch and the gas grill for relaxing evenings. The complex felt very quiet and safe, and the pool and hot tub were a great bonus. The location is fantastic—close to great restaurants and beautiful beaches. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made everything even better. This was one of our best vacations ever! Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway!

This property was a dream. When we arrived, the place smelled so fresh and clean and there were roses and a bottle of wine waiting for us on the table. The cottage was completely updated with many modern touches (the fans/lighting were my favorite!) My family has stayed at many of the Beach Dreams cottages over the years but we have never stayed in such a well kept place with an amazing host. Paul’s communication before, during, and at the end of our stay was top tier! We hope to return next year! If you’re looking for the best place in town to stay, this is it!

Great property and location for families

Very nice property and convenient location for family with young kids. Paul was an excellent communicator. Property was clean, comfortable and owner provided a well stocked home which we were very impressed with ( plenty of linens, pillows, paper toiletries, ice, beach gear, etc.). We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect little cottage

We loved this cottage! It was perfect for our family. Paul was an amazing host and was very attentive to all of our needs. We brought our bikes with us and most of our days consisted of playing pickleball and then riding our bikes to the pool where we swam and then played ping pong in the clubhouse.

Lovely Spot

Host was friendly, available , and very helpful. Cottage was welcoming and met all of our expectations and more. Very clean, updated, and had everything we needed for a week near the beach. Recommend highly to anyone visiting the area. You won’t be disappointed!

A month in Wells

Perfect spot to relax, enjoy the beach, the sun, walk, and then make a meal and read or tv in the evening. We could sit out front in the morning shade with our coffee or enjoy the sun later in the day after visiting the pool. We enjoyed every day.

Relax and Unwind

Exactly what we needed. My family enjoyed a week long stay at Paul’s place in Beach Dreams. Beaches are close, variety of restaurants, and surrounded by a friendly community. My boys enjoyed the pool and arcade while we relaxed in the hot tub. We have visited Maine for the past several summers and Paul’s place was definitely the most equipped place yet. Hoping to stay again!

A wonderul getaway in Maine and a very attentive host

We stayed in this magnificent cottage, very well decorated, clean and stocked with everything we need to make our lives easier. Paul was a perfect host, very attentive. We appreciated the beach accessories made available to us, the BBQ, the nearby tennis court and the swimming pool, all in a safe environment for our two daughters. We highly recommend this rental.

Anniversary Getaway

This rental was perfect for our anniversary get away. Paul was great to work with - the 3 season room was a wonderful bonus as Mother Nature continued to rain down on us one day. The unit was very convenient to restaurants of all types in both Ogunquit and Wells yet we were able to cook a great meal in the kitchen of the unit. Everything worked and was in great shape! The neighbors were all very nice in passing but gave us our privacy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The Perfect Cottage in Maine!

This cottage was perfect for us! We arrived to soft breezes on the porch, flowers and wine waiting to greet us, and a spotless cottage with everything we needed for a relaxing fall stay! There were beaches close by; excellent restaurants and shops and when we returned from our travels, we relaxed in the pool and hot tub at the clubhouse. Paul was the perfect host! He thought of everything we might need and made sure that our stay was truly enjoyable! We were very impressed and happy with our vacation in this cozy cottage!

Best week ever!

My husband and I recently stayed here with our two young children. (3&6) Paul made this week an amazing first vacation for our family. He left everything you could possibly need at the cottage. The pool was such a bonus and we swam there at least once a day. The location of this property is so convenient to get to all local beaches. We look forward to our next stay!

Wonderful stay!

We had a happy and comfortable stay at Pau's cottage. We were greeted with roses and a bottle of wine when we arrived which set the tone for a special visit. The cottage is very clean, with comfortable beds and is well equipped with everything in excellent working order. We enjoyed sitting on the porch for breakfast and had dinner at the cottage one of the nights that we stayed. Paul provides lots of information prior to the visit and is prompt in responding to texts and emails. Thank you Paul for a great visit!

Great cottage getaway

Paul was amazing. The wine and roses on arrival was so thoughtful. Very clean and so well equipped. Nice patios and a short drive to so many great spots. Didn’t want to leave. Just know if you go out of season (end of September) there is no pool and hot tub. We found one down the street. 🤭 Would love to come back.
