The large family room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room with a separate beverage bar, and a spacious top deck with a gas grill allow you and your family to enjoy meals together at the house. After dinner, some may retreat to the separate TV room downstairs while others enjoy time together upstairs. When you want a bit of privacy, there are four wonderful suites to choose from. A bunk bedroom for four, and a sixth bedroom with a queen and single bed complete the bedding options for your family and friends. This lovely multi-level home offers spacious well decorated rooms. Level one has two main suites, bunk bedroom, and queen/twin bedroom that share a hall bath with tub and two sinks, laundry room, and large separate TV/game room. The second level also has two main suites, a reading room, and a living, dining, and kitchen area with a large deck. The kitchen has a Wolf gas range, an electric and gas oven, and two dishwashers. The separate bar area has an ice maker and beverage refrigerator.

A $10 cash or check deposit per pool pass is required upon check-in.
The fireplace is not for guest use.
Gate code provided upon check-in.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
