11 Bedroom home in Bethany! One-minute walk to private beach and community pool!

Enjoy your vacation in the comfort of an over 9,000 square foot house nestled among pine trees in the very desirable, gated, North Bethany community of Ocean Ridge East. Our home includes 11 bedrooms – 7 of which have there own spacious bathroom. Perfect for your family, friends, wedding party, or reunions!
The ground floor has a dressing area with shower, bathroom, laundry room with washer/dryer and an extra refrigerator for cold drinks, and lots of storage for beach supplies. Outside you will find a private hottub and two outside showers – ideal for showering off after a day on the dunes!
On the main floor you will enter the grand foyer complete with a lovely handcrafted black iron chandelier. Bamboo floors run throughout the main and upper floors. You can spend some quiet time unwinding on old-fashioned rockers on the front porch or relaxing in your over-sized suite. You may want to cook in the extra large kitchen, complete with farm-style sinks, all new appliances, dishwasher, a new large ice maker with mini fridge, a double oven and a large, central granite-topped island with sink. The outside deck, just off the kitchen, has a continuous feed gas grill and generous seating available. In the family room, enjoy the 55' high-definition TV with all premium channels and Netflix. During the colder months, a gas fireplace warms and adds coziness to the family room. Upstairs, play pool in the game room or watch TV with gaming capability. This house has 7 oversized bedroom suites, each with a private bathroom and/ or tub/shower, spacious closets and a private outdoor balcony. Four of these bedroom suites have king beds. The remaining three bedroom suites have queen-sized beds. All suites have TVs. The third floor is a loft area with children's toys, TV with video game capability, an air hockey game, foosball table, ping pong table, reading nook, plus 4 mini bedrooms with twin-size beds, 8 beds total--perfect for rainy days or to keep children entertained in their own area so you can relax! The third floor also has a new bathroom with shower and a powder room.

This house was everything my group of 12 needed. Location, spaciousness and amenities were as advertised. Communication with the host was excellent. I would highly recommend this property and my group will definitely be looking to stay there again.

front bedroom first floor shower door fell off. Heat was either too warm or too cold depending on the location. Foos ball table leg was broken and fell off. Cue sticks were in poor condition, some are curved. House was large enough for all of us. No dining room. Eat in kitchen worked for us.

This Property was just what we needed for our weekend golf get away. The number of suites was unreal!! The majority of our group had large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms which is really hard to find in a vacation rental. This house could have easily hosted 8 entire families with children. Easy 2 minute walk to the private beach, where we spent most afternoons playing horseshoes and watching the waves. Hamid the owner was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

highly recommend!!. house was perfect to host our family vacation. house was very clean. the host was super nice and responded quickly to any questions I had. nice neighborhood, very peaceful and we felt safe allowing the kids to ride bikes. jacuzzi was amazing, private beach just a quick walk down the street. 3rd floor has a play area which the smaller kids loved and enjoyed. thankful for the new memories we were able to create. we really enjoyed our stay and will be booking again :)

Large, fun and well located

It was exactly what we wanted for a 22 person family reunion. Short walk to the beach and pool across the road was good but crossings 4 lanes of traffic to reach the pool was a negative. The owner answered questions promptly and check in was a breeze.

Family Reunion

The house was spacious and fit our group of 21 nicely. It was a short walk to the beach which was not crowded at all. The host responding quickly to all of our requests and was committed to making sure we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location and enough space for a beach family vacation!

We had 27 people total in our group, 18 adults and 9 children and this place was big enough to fit all of us...! The location is unbeatable, you can walk to a private beach, you're a 6-minute drive from Bethany, and a little bit longer to the Rehoboth boardwalk. The kids ended up being able to enjoy the beach every day because of how close we were. The house is massive and has 7 rooms with an en-suite. There is nothing as spacious and as close to the beach as this property. Most houses that are this big, mostly have bunk beds or single beds in the bedrooms. We lucked out with 7 bedrooms with kings/queens. Some parts of the house could use a deep clean (grill, porch, couches), but that didn't really matter to us that much since we were mostly at the beach. A weird thing about the kitchen is that there really isn't a pantry or storage area for non-perishable groceries. We loved the pool and ping pong table - it was a great way for people to be entertained. All in all, this was a great vacation and we would absolutely book this place again.

Gated Bethany Beach

Amazing house in a gated community. Safe for kids to walk and ride bikes in. House very roomy, love the third floor kids area with plenty of beds. We enjoyed many pool table games on the second floor. Loved the 7 queen or king suites. Issues we struggled with: figuring out which thermostat went to which room, some folks were warm at night while others were piling on the blankets Flys galore finally got fly traps. Imperial Not as clean as we would have liked. Found a used tee shirt under a bed, stove top had food encrusted. Children had black feet from running around in the house barefoot Needed more tables and chairs for cards, puzzles, other dining Exceptional beach so easy to walk to. Would have liked to know that canopies are not allowed but umbrellas are. We brought canopies Loved the swimming pool, even though it was across route 1. We went almost every day. Loved the trails for walking or bike riding Would have loved to have had all this in a book to understand how great of a place it was. Also loved the hot tub. Thanks If you
