We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely perfect- clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. The layout was great, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Even though the weather wasn't the best during our trip, the house made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. The host was responsive and easy to work with as well. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

This is a beautiful, clean home that perfectly accommodated our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The rooms are large (even the bedrooms!), the beds comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The large dining room table gave us ample seating. We felt very much at home here! Having the pool just a short walk from the house was great. The Delaware Seashore State Park with its beautiful beach and other amenities was a very short drive away. The host, Skip, was very easy to communicate with and he gave us all the information we needed before we arrived. Our whole family loved staying here and we highly recommend it!

It is in a quiet gated neighborhood with a pool and work out room. Very close to the beach and downtown Bethany. Super convenient and lots of space to hang out in the house and sleep. We were very happy!

Fabulous Girl’s weekend!

Second time staying at this house, spacious and beautiful, well equipped, love the huge dining table where we can all gather around! Very reasonable priced compared to other rentals. Owner Skip is very attentive, definitely recommended this property!

Beautiful home in a great location

This home does not disappoint! Planned a trip here with some old high school friends and had a great stay. Skip was very responsive throughout the booking peocess, as well as our stay. The house is in a beautiful development with quick access to all local spots.

Fun and Family Time

Beautiful location, private yet convenient to the beach, boardwalk and shops. Great distance from NJ to DE ,only a 4 hr drive making it easy for our entire family to be together. I would recommend this location for anyone who wants to enjoy friends or family vacation together. The host was always available and made the rental very easy.

I can’t say enough good things about Skip and the overall process and experience of renting from him! He is organized and on top of all the things, sending communication just at the right time and making sure we have everything we need to have a great vacation! The property is perfect and everything is super clean and well appointed! Can’t wait to be back!

Your home was so wonderful!!! We had such a great time. We had our grandchildren 4months-3 and 6--they totally loved it! The beds were extremely comfortable and we had such a great time using your kayaks and bikes! We had such a great time we didn't want to leave! Family Beach Vacay

Vacay with adult children and new granddaughter. Spacious home, nicely kept. Large decks for hanging out and grilling. Home was very well equipped...(only had to bring our sheets.) Community pool was delightful. Short drive to beach in downtown Bethany. Host was extremely responsive! Created wonderful memories!

Weekend Getaway

Skip was super helpful with directions on how to access the house as well as the ton of amenities included with the house and neighborhood. He was proactive in confirming that I had all of the documentation required to rent the place and answering any questions I had when at the place. The house is magnificent and super clean. Family Beach Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time staying together at this luxurious home in North Bethany Beach! The home was beautiful and sparkling clean! We had just the right amount of rooms for our extended family of nine. This home is in an upscale and gated community with an easy location for a quick trip to downtown Bethany's restaurants, shops and beaches. We enjoyed the community infinity and baby pools too! We hope to stay here again! Thanks, Skip, for your easy and quick communication and for providing great details about the place and the area. This home is a winner!
