We will most definitely stay again…but…

I generously rate cleanliness a 3.5. I could have easily given this condo a four rating for cleanliness because I felt satisfied as I walked through unpacking. There were some Koolaide or juice drips in the refrigerator, which is really not that big of a deal. However, when I went to check out the dining table there was shredded cheese and chip crumbs all over. It seemed that someone must have enjoyed Taco Tuesday the day before we checked in...the cheese had not yet gotten hard. Clearly the table cloth had not been cleaned or replaced before our arrival. The tablecloth was thrown in the floor with the dirty linens on our departure. I don’t get grossed out over this type of thing so we will be back. Maybe there aren’t enough housekeepers staffed; regardless, there might need to be a checklist for each unit or a walkthrough before it’s ready for the next guest.

Okay condo. Views great. Condo not so much.

The property needs to be upgraded tremendously. Couldn’t cook inside. Only one cheap pot and skillet. Dishwasher smelled awful and if you run it, the smell consumes the whole condo. Beds uncomfortable. Pool is small. When we arrived condo was not properly cleaned. No cable in bedroom. Reached out to get help and was told to contact cable company. So not much help from management. We personally won’t be back and will stay elsewhere.

Gulf Shores is my happy place

This condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. The only negatives were that the bathroom tub in the hallway dripped constantly and the sheets were very thin. But other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we'll be back.

Place is in amazing location very quiet. Was very clean and vacasa staff were amazing. Only complaints I have are small and didn’t ruin our trip but still a complaint. The pull out couch mattress is hands down the cheapest worst thing of the entire trip. Cable didn’t work but maintenance did try to fix so I understood. There were no batteries in the remotes. Doesn’t sound like a problem till you spend 60$ on batteries. Besides that we will be back to stay again with vacasa. Very thankful of the place we had and would definitely recommend this unit at westwind and vacasa

Nice space but needs improvement for vacation rentals

We enjoyed the space on the beachfront, but you could tell the cleaning job wasn’t the best because the tubs still had loose hair all over the walls and old soap was left behind from the previous people that stayed. The cable did not work in the living room and they had over 7 remotes left with no batteries by the TV. We tried over an hour to figure it out and trying to get someone to come fix it was a lost cause. For the amount of money spent, we should not have had these issues go unresolved, but still made the best of our 3 night stay. My suggestion to the owners is to print out specific instructions for the cable so people can use the cable provided. And also provide a WiFi password for them to connect to.
