Westwind 204- 5 Star View! Gulf Front! Location X3! Desired Home!

Westwind 204 is an adorable 2nd floor condo located on the ever-popular West Beach in Gulf Shores. Westwind is a low-density building, meaning less crowds on the private beach and pool areas. No need to wait on the elevator either, as you can take the stairs up one flight and you are at the door!

This perfectly sized home, 2 Bedroom & 2 Baths, provides enough beds and sleeping arrangements for the entire family. The Primary Bedroom hosts a Queen Size Bed, Smart TV, and a Private Full Bath with a shower/tub combo. The Guest Bedroom holds another Queen Size Bed, Smart TV, and is connected to the main full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The Living area boasts a pull out sleeper sofa, two recliners, and access to the balcony for a stunning gulf-front view! For extra sleeping, there is a hallway cubby with a Twin Size Bed. This home also offers a personal washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen with a k-cup coffee brewer, outdoor and covered parking, and is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, and Gulf Place Beach Access where the Fun and Famous Festivals are held. Come and experience 5 Star Treatment and you will come back year after year!

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

Thank you for staying with us. At booking, you received a Get Ready email that explained that we only provide starter set of paper products. This s an industry standard here in our area. We have replaced the mixer and the crackers. Upon notice, we would have brought these to you.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property and a perfect location. Very easy access to everything. The only thing I would improve on is supplies. It would be nice to have more than one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag for a unit that holds 7 people. There should be one extra of these things.

We loved this condo!! Perfect location for quick and easy beach access. So close to Gulf State Park Pier and great restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And, the building was just the right size if you want privacy. Wonderful experience!!

Perfect location

We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the decor made it feel very welcoming. The location couldn't be better for beach access and local attractions. The only thing I'd suggest for improvement would be to upgrade the towels, as they felt a bit cheap.

Condo was very cozy and most importantly very clean and quiet. Location was perfect to be anywhere in minutes and hard to get any closer to the beach. Building / Facilities starting to show its age, but would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation

I was the only adult traveling with 6 kids from 15-7 and it was literally perfect. Cozy, beautiful views, easy walk to the beach and pool! It was my niece and nephew’s first trip to the beach so to watch their faces light up when walking out the view was amazing.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was prefect with easy access to the beach! We had a slight issue with getting into the place but that was quickly resolved by management! The place was very clean and had everything we could need. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful condo. It was super easy to access with the instructions provided. The view was beautiful and just as described. It was incredibly clean and organized when we showed up. And it was easy to access the beach with the property gate. It was a well stocked kitchen with many available items with which we could cook meals. Super convenient and appreciative. The furniture in the living space was very comfortable with a nice big couch and two loungers/recliners. Unfortunately the bed in the primary room was rather uncomfortable and squeaky/loud. I understand in most rented homes the furniture may not be excellent due to misuse by other renters. And it looked like there were available umbrellas and chairs to rent on the beach but we were never provided instructions on how to access that. Overall, a good experience.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! As mentioned on the description of the home before you book your stay, listed in your "Get Ready" email, and as well as the check in instructions, you are informed several times of how to obtain the chair rentals in front on the beach. With notice, we would have sent maintenance to fix the bed immediately as we were unaware it was making noise (maintenance on the way to fix now). We hope you will raise your rating to a 5 star!
