A 2 night minimum stay is required except during Summer. The minimum required stay between Memorial Day week and the second week of August, is 7 nights with check-in on Saturday and check-out on the following Saturday. Minimum age to book is 25. No smoking or vaping in the villa. No Pets Allowed.
