The space
Once its own house is now a two room guest cottage with full sized bed, desk/table and chairs, private dressing room with armoire and beverage table, bathroom with toilet, bidet, tub and separate shower. A double bed can be placed in the room for an additional guest.
Your dressing area has a beverage table with a Nespresso maker, coffee pods, tea kettle, tea, sugar, glasses, coffee mugs and spoons.
Your own dining or workspace room is adjacent to your room through the double doors.
There is not a kitchen or accessories for cooking or cooling.
One supplemental meal, breakfast, lunch or dinner are available for an “additional fee.” I’ll only access this room through my own separate door into to your dining room to prepare your table 10 minutes before and after your preferred meal time. Weather permitting, meals are enjoyed outdoors.
Feel free to roam about the property, there are 4 acres to explore. Mostly wild and unkept but it’s a work in progress and we are working to landscape it.
Lounge on any of the outdoor furnishings. The availability of outdoor furniture is dependent on the weather.
The room stays cool all year, the benefits of an old farmhouse and terracotta floors.
Fires in the fireplace are available in fall-winter. Please make sure you open the chimney chute by releasing the black chain from the wall.
We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed and to feel at home.
Please let us know if you need anything or have any questions.
