Inside, the first-floor open living space is gorgeous, and not surprisingly, the delightful interior is professionally designed. There’s even a surround sound system, for high-end entertainment in any room. The coastal chic dining area has seating for eight. The fully stocked kitchen has a 6-burner range, filtered H2O system, Kitchen-Aid appliances, and a Cuisinart pod coffee pot.

A primary bedroom, king, includes dual closets, a spa-like ensuite bath with dual vanity, a walk-in shower, and a blissful soaking tub. A guest room, queen, also has a full, private bath.

Upstairs, another primary bedroom, king, includes an ensuite bath, with dual vanity and a zero-entry shower with a bench. Down the hall are two guest rooms, both queen, and a shared bathroom with dual vanity, and separate shower tub/combo area.

The third level has an additional entertainment area with a wall-mounted TV ready for gaming and a bunk space for six guests with two twin over full bunk beds. Perfect for kids, teens, or adults, and boasts another bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in glass door shower.

The expansive front porch has a bed swing, ideal for evening retreats of cocktail sipping. The parking accommodates three vehicles, complete with both garage, covered, and uncovered parking spaces.

Beach bummin

Great location to public beach access, ice cream shop, nighttime dinning and music, shopping and seaside area. We loved the house and location, great property for large family and cooking and hanging out. 4 bikes for quick runs to places around area, golf cart was a great asset but we did have an issue with the battery life, they were good on assisting just did not get to use to fullest extent, hope they fix it in case we return. Had extra chairs and beach items to use which was great. Highly recommend this location.

Beautiful home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was a perfect beach home. The beach is a short golf cart ride to the beach. Parking is limited and the beach was a little crowded but we made it work. Our golf cart didn’t run for two days because the batteries needed to be changed- but they were fixed quickly and the rentals were very helpful. I would stay here again.

March 2021 Stay

We had a wonderful stay at BeachHive. The house was beautiful and offered plenty of amenities. We loved sitting on the front porch swing while listening to music through the Sonos speakers. Our kids loved the upstairs lounge area. the neighborhood was very quiet (other than construction during the day) but because it was such a short trip to the beach we spent most of our time there or at the neighborhood pool. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your home!

Lovely Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice house within walking distance to Blue Mountain Beach, if you aren't carrying anything. The oldest adult and the grandchildren rode the golf cart loaded with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and the golf cart was a great amenity. The house is spacious and comfortable and the furnishings are in good condition. The negatives were due to the property mgt company. When we arrived the code for the community gate did not work, we had to get a code from someone leaving, and the cleaner was still in the house. We called the mgt company who did not know the correct code and said the cleaner would be finished soon. They didn't tell us that she hadn't been told renters were coming so she had barely started. It is a very large house for one person to clean quickly and the washing machine cycle is almost 2 hours so we don't think all the beds were changed. She did the best she could in a short time and I'm sure it was stressful for her knowing we were waiting and had been on the road for 9 hours and it looked like the previous renters had left a mess. The company did refund the cleaning fee. The pool code they gave also didn't work, sign said beach towels were in the laundry room - they weren't- there were no potholders in the kitchen and only 1 towel and salt was the only condiment. It was the end of the season so I know things go missing but the company should have been on top of it. The house needs a thorough cleaning, especially under the beds and furniture. It was great having space to park 3 cars and the kitchen was large enough for 2-3 cooks at once. If I were the owner, I would expect more from the mgt company since the problems could all be easily remedied and the house is basically so nice and a great size for a large family.
