Thee Beech Haus is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath newly constructed home in Highland Parks, a quiet, private community in Blue Mountain Beach. The neighborhood features a tropically landscaped lagoon pool with hot tub, 360-observation tower, community grilling area, and a firepit with luxury chairs and couches.

The first floor living area features a 65” TV and plenty of seating. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops make cooking a pleasure. With ample seating to accommodate 10, start creating new fun-filled family memories.

The primary bedroom, king, has a 65" TV, and private bath with walk-in shower. The second floor also has a primary bedroom, king, with a 65" TV and private bath. There are two full beds in one guest room and two twin/twin bunks in the second guest bedroom. They share a Jack and Jill bathroom with tub and shower combo.

The home includes 4 bikes, so commuting to and from the beach, shops, and restaurants, is a breeze.

Beautiful area

It was our first time in years to return to the beautiful beaches of north Florida! The lodging was perfect for our size group. Rental company was great at communicating. The house was very nice.

Property was nice and neat. The Community Pool was nice and was heated. Any issues we had were taken care with a phone call to property manager.

Perfect Getaway

This house is amazing. From the location, the pool, the golf cart usage, the bikes. It has everything you need. They have tons of fun games, beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen. An excellent place to get away and relax. Right near the beach, ice cream shop, AMAZING bakery, Cowgirl Kitchen. Our favorite thing was getting up in the morning, jumping in the golf cart and heading out to explore. Very much recommend this house.

Great beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week at the Beach.Loved the House. Found it to be very clean except a few dishes that were dirty in cabinet. The bedrooms were great and enough bathrooms. Loved the gas cooking stove. I did miss having a grill outside. There is one at the pool that we did use. Only other thing we missed was having garage to put things like travel hitch etc.

Great house and location. Golf cart was a huge plus. House was left a little dirty, had very little/no starter amenities. Bike was very dangerous, rusted with metal pieces sticking out. Property manager was easy to contact, quick response. We would stay here again, but come more prepared

July 2021 Stay

Our stay was overall a good experience. The house is lovely, but lacking in some general needs aspect. I'll start with the good. The house is new, clean and beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the staff was very responsive whenever we did reach out The home is meant to sleep and entertain ten and missing key elements for that to be so. There are zero places to hang towels, BATH TOWELS. Beach towels even worse because you aren't allowed to hang towels or have any inflatables outside per the HOA (we received and VM saying we were violating code with a float we had on the balcony and my son's trunks drying on one of the chairs). We are always more than willing to abide by house rules given we have tools to do so. 10 ppl with beach and bath towels everyday and not place in site to hang them. Also, five hangers per closet didn't help the cause. The kitchen could absolutely use a few bigger pans considering if you are cooking, it's for more than a couple of people. We got creative and made it work, b

May 2021 Stay

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood for Mother’s Day weekend. We have rented in this neighborhood before and my grandchildren love the pool. Oversee is excellent addressing any needs we had. The only problem we experienced was the house has no outdoor grill. There are grills at the pool but a group was already in that area set up for their family dinner.

Great property. Great location.

The check in and check out process was a breeze. The location was perfect to access the community pool or beach easily. The golf cart made getting around town super convenient. The house had ample amenities. Plenty of room for three couples and a toddler. Great communication with the property owner. No complaints! Wish we could have stayed longer. Till next time!

Spring Break

We really enjoyed staying here! Great location! We had 7 kids ranging in age from 7-20. They were able to ride or walk to the beach, get ice cream or food, or just hang by the pool. We loved the golf cart, bikes, and the local restaurants close by! The two master bedrooms were a bonus.

We felt we had all we needed for our stay. The owners provided access to their golf cart to get around which made our stay super fun and relaxing. The pool in the neighborhood is wonderful and the distance to the beach is perfect!! Overall it was a fantastic stay and we for sure will return for another stay!!!!

Good spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great company to rent through. This house was good and in a good location- would strongly recommend either a new couch or the hooks on the inside of the sections that lock the sectional together- it was very hard to get comfortable when it slides apart between each section. Beds were comfy- also need better pans- the one that was there was scraped to pieces abd for a house that accommodates so many it would be beneficial to have a med and a large skillet. Just a thought! Over all great experience.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful HOWEVER there are no blinds or curtains so literally people stare in at you nonstop day and night. The neighborhood was beautiful but the HOA is so strict that they make it very uncomfortable to be there or at pool. The bbq pits at the pool were nearly all out of order so don’t plan on using one. Apparently there’s a HOA rule not to hang a towel over porch rail to dry but we were never told that until some creepy HOA person took a pic and sent it to Oversees to come to our house and warn us. The home was beautiful but not worth feeling like we were on display and being watched and photographed. Will never recommend this home or neighborhood.

Great Getaway

Everything was amazing except communication with the property management. The from room remote didn’t have batteries and I was told that someone was gonna bring some and never showed up. Then the tv in the downstairs bedroom was showing a green picture and was told someone was gonna come out and check and again no one showed up. But me and my family enjoyed ourselves while we were there. Thank you for allowing my family and I to stay here.
