This well-appointed house features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, a dining area, a living area, a washer/dryer, a large porch, and an on-site pool. This unit also has a new gas fire pit and a grill. The first level features a large Master Bedroom with a King Bed and daybed (2 twins), a lounging area with french doors to the porch, and a master bath with double vanity. The second level features a King Bed in the second bedroom, a Bunk Bed Set (2 Double Beds), and 3 Double Beds in the third bedroom.
Please note: (3) night minimums December - March & (7) night minimums April- November (Saturday check in during Peak Season)
The house is located less than 1/4 mile from the beach. Resort Amenities include 4 centrally located golf courses, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, a health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, a fishing lake (fishing license required), a business center, private beach access, wireless internet access, day spa, and Starbucks.
