BHI Villa 55 has the best of both and spectacular panoramic golf course views.. Sit on the sofa and watch golfer score and croquet matches won. The upper deck will lure you to be on the lookout for dolphins and tankers. The sunsets are gorgeous!

Villa 55 is the perfect couples' getaway, and great for family vacations or two families with kids. The villa has two master suites one with amazing views, king bed, en-suite bathroom with gorgeous new oversized shower; second master has a king bed and en suite bathroom. The upstairs BR has a queen sofa bed and bunk beds (two twins) for the kids with a private half bath and an upper deck for sunbathing and water views and the perfect spot for viewing those amazing BHI sunsets. Newly renovated and wide-open kitchen.

This open floor plan in the Kitchen/Dining/Living great room provides plenty of space to allows everyone to socialize and gives you open access to the deck for outdoor dining. Sunset views in the evening are amazing. Villa 55 is in a prime location on Bald Head Island. Only 1 mile from the ferry landing, and steps away from both the beach access and the Bald Head Island Club. The lower deck is fully furnished and gives you even more space for relaxing and entertaining and well situated in the complex with a large open area in front for the children to play and enjoy the evenings while cooking is being done on the BBQ.

Villa 55 comes with 4 adult beach bikes and 4 child bikes (bring helmets for the kids), boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas and steps away across the road to one of the best beaches in NC. To get around the island, Villa 55 has TWO GOLF CARTS - one holds 6 people and the other holds 4. Please note that there will sometimes be a third golf cart present at the home for you to use. We only guarantee two carts, but we hope you will enjoy the extra third one when it is present!

You will also find a new washer and dryer with laundry supplies, hairdryers, toys, booster seat, a pack n play, books, puzzles, games, iron board and iron, vacuum, flashlights and first aid kit. A starter supply of paper towel, toilet paper, dish and hand soap will be provided. Linens and towels also provided.

We have a professional property manager who lives full time on the island to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Bald Head Island is only accessible by boat or by a ferry, which departs frequently out of Southport, NC. Southport is 40 minutes from the Wilmington, NC (ILM) airport. A tram ride to the villa is included with your ferry ticket. Reservations are required.
