The main floor features a king master suite with an attached bath, and a queen bedroom with a shared bath that opens to a fresh kitchen. Upstairs, enjoy 2 twin beds, a half bath, and a deck with ocean views. Walk to the BHI club and beach, or take a quick ride to the harbor and maritime market. The kitchen is stocked with essentials. Wonderful stay!

Stayed here with another couple for a wedding and it was a great experience! The house was very clean and perfect for a weekend visit. Comes with a golf cart which was so nice and allowed us to easily get around. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect spot! Cool Island!

Villa was perfect for our family of 6 with 4 kids (18-22). First time visitors to BHI and we will definitely come back. Home is clean and updated. Wireless and AC worked perfectly, golf cart for 6 was amazing. Villa is convenient to both the Marina and the Market. Area was quiet and relaxing, great weather, a phenomenal vacation!

First timers

We stayed in the Village on the west side and it was very nice. Once we got acclimated, we enjoyed the beach. Would probably enjoy kayaking on the river or having access to kayaks to paddle on the ocean. Restaurants were nice and what we expected. Planning to come back and will probably find a place that is pet friendly so we can bring our dogs. Overall, we were able to relax and enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets very much as well as shell hunting.

Incredible vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! Perfect location with ocean views from deck and easy cart drive to market and restaurants. Well appointed home and incredibly clean. Kitchen has everything you’ll need! Freezer has an ice machine which came in handy. Plenty of space to enjoy meals outside and even a hammock to relax in. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows and blankets. Living room was nice and open with huge windows with lots of light. We will definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful week!!!

Property needs attention

Location was amazing, communication with BHI services was very prompt and organized, however the property itself needs lists of attention. Lots of cobwebs on the outside, the garage and outside shower was terrible with debris and spiderwebs. The golf cart had a trim piece laying in the garage and was in ooor shape. The kitchen was very dirty with food and sticky all over the table chairs and floor as well as we had to vacuum when we arrived because of the amount of sand on floors and bathrooms. Beds were clean and comfortable. Loose handle on master shower and deck furniture needs cleaning.

We are sorry to hear you had this experience. This is not up to our standard and wish we could have known while you were here. We touch base before, during and after and did not hear of these issues at that time. Communication is very important to us and we wish we had the opportunity to help make your stay great! The owners have purchased a brand new golf cart for renter use :)

Perfect Space, Easy Check-In!

I couldn't believe how clean and nice everything was when we arrived. It's a gorgeous, sunlit property, with a 6 person golf cart that helped us get everywhere we needed to go on the island. We enjoyed our very short stay here and plan to come back for a longer stay with our children soon!
