The villa is located in one of the most beautiful places on Coral Estate with a spectacular 180 degree view over the Caribbean Sea. Because we always live outside on Curacao, the villa is designed around the centrally located kitchen with bar. Under the large palapa roof of the porch you can sit in the shade and there is always a breeze. You can step straight into the infinity pool from the spacious pool deck. Hanging over the edge you can fully enjoy the beautiful sea view. All windows and doors are fitted with shutters, so that there is always a nice breeze blowing through the house.
The villa is detached, has a tropical garden with banana and palmtrees. From the porch you walk straight into the pool, the pool sticks out, for an even better view over the sea. At the end of the afternoon it is also nice to sit at the front of the villa in the shade and in the wind on the front terrace.
In the Banda Abou region, the exclusive resort, Coral Estate, has been built on the old Rif St Marie plantation, where there is still peace and where people live in nature. Our tropical villa owes its name to a traditionally classic drink from Curacao, Awa di Lamunchi, it is a refreshing drink made with limes, crused ice and sugar, which is still widely consumed in all kinds of variations.
