With plenty of sunshine year ‘round, this pristine house is the perfect place for you to get away from all your worries and enjoy all the things Lake Havasu has to offer. The newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, seating for 6, and opens up to the family room where you can see gorgeous mountain views! The Family Room and all three bedrooms have 55” flat screen TV’s and the private backyard has a pool, fire pit and beautiful landscaping. The spacious master bedroom has King size bed, a lovely private bathroom with granite countertop, walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. There is also a mini-master bedroom with a Queen Bed and has an adjoining bathroom with a shower/tub. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen Bed with the hallway bathroom closeby. Located in the very desirable south-side area of town this lovely home is close to a coffee shop, gas and grocery stores, movie theatre, hardware store, 10 minutes from the iconic London Bridge and marina, race car speedway, off-roading trails, gun range, antique shopping, delicious dining and more! Ideal for people that want to enjoy their privacy in a peaceful and quiet environment where homes are far apart with wide streets and a great neighborhood. You’ll love this spacious, private luxury home for your next getaway! Please note many exciting things to do in Lake Havasu: Hiking, boating, canoe/kayak, water sports, boat races events, antique car shows, fishing on land or boat, swimming, community indoor heated pool, Light Air Flight, hot air balloon, annual fireworks and more!

Perfect river spot

Loved this place for our trip to the river. It was so nice to come back to a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful home and pool. Street was easy to park the boat in and Jonelle was great to work with. Really appreciated the earlier check in time too.

Great stay for Desert Storm

We enjoyed our time here for Desert Storm. It was great to come back after a day on the water and grill some steaks on the patio and enjoy the pool.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

When I first communicated with Jonelle about parking my SeaDoos in a secure area, she replied within a few minutes. The garage was accessible and plenty of parking on the driveway as well on the side of the home. The home was easy to find on a quiet cul-de-sac. Upon entering the home, you feel immediate freshness from the AC that was turned on prior to our arrival. The keypad was a plus as having a key can sometimes get misplaced or accidentally lost. Especially when you have a few members of the family wanting to explore on their own. Plenty of space in the home and restrooms! The pool was also clean and added to the relaxing days ahead. Very comfortable beds and pillows. It was a very lovely, quiet and relaxing time. Everything we needed was there. I really enjoyed being able to communicate very quickly with Jonelle and Robby. Robby guided me on resetting the modem/router for the wifi and waited until it was fully functioning again. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely come back! Thank you Jonelle and Robby!

Perfect home and amazing people

We would highly recommend this vacation rental. Home was clean, had everything you needed for an amazing stay. It was just my husband and I, but this home has room for so many more. The 3 bedrooms were nicely finished, very comfortable beds. 2 of the bedrooms had on suite bathrooms, so enough bathrooms for everyone. The house is tastefully done, lots of rooms for everyone. The backyard is great, nice pool, very clean, lots of seating. And, there is so much rooms for your toys. We parked our skis on the road, neighborhood seamed very safe. There is no one across from the house so you have ample street parking. And, to highlight this unit was the remarkable owner. She corresponded with us through the whole vacation. It was so easy and pleasant. She makes you feel like your stay with them is important to them. The whole stay was easy, pleasant and if we were to stay again in Havasu we would definitely be stay here. Thanks for a great experience!

Truly enjoyed my stay at this property. Very clean and comfortable will definitely be going back. Owner is very easy to work with and happy to help. Location and neighborhood was excellent.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

When we were looking for a nice rental property in Lake Havasu, our realtor took us to Martinique. We were immediately impressed by its cleanliness and open floor plan where you can see the mountains from the kitchen and family room. The private neighborhood has beautiful homes, spaced far apart and wide open streets. We wondered about the 10 minute drive to downtown, but were assured that this is a very desirable area of town where the doctors and lawyers live, there's no riffraff, and the locals feel that everything is just minutes from each other. There was a bidding war on this house and we were lucky enough to get it. Everyone that stays here has the best things to say about it. We love off-roading in back of the house, going to the Havasu 95 Speedway and gun range, and watching the annual fireworks FROM OUR BACKYARD! It's a great house and location.
