This delightful, spacious penthouse has been recently renovated and offers a breathtaking Gulf-front view from an expansive top floor balcony. The living area features a new leather sofa and loveseat, 'shiplap' walls, and a 55' inch TV mounted over the unique locally-built pecky cypress fireplace mantle, giving this open space a casual coastal feel with modern luxuries. Additional seating includes a bench and tall wing-back chairs, creating a comfortable gathering space for everyone. The kitchen is completely equipped for any meal you wish to prepare, completely outfitted with upgraded appliances, granite countertops, and a four-seat breakfast bar. Just a few steps away sits a dining table that comfortably seats six. The newly upgraded powder room, continuing the classy coastal decor with Venetian Plaster walls and rough marble accents, is conveniently located near the living and dining room areas. You will find the main bedroom situated at the end of this unique retreat, giving you a sense of privacy and comfort. The sparkling community pool will be ideal for a sand-free refreshing splash after lunch.

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.
Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental.
Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental.
Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
