Profitez des vues fantastiques du 45 ft balcon de notre 11e étage, 1600 pieds carrés, unité de coin de 3 chambres. Nous offrons fibre optique haute vitesse Internet (Wi-Fi), centre de fitness, des courts de tennis, terrain de basket, jeu de palets, grillades en plein air, un bain à remous et 2 piscines (adultes et enfants) pour nos clients de profiter. L'intérieur de notre condo, toutes les chambres ont plafonds de 9 pieds avec portes coulissantes en verre à l'immense balcon. Famille et enfants amicale. Grands magasins à proximité, des restaurants et des supermarchés. Le site restaurant, spa, salon de beauté et de remise en forme.

Savourez les vues impressionnantes de la plage de sable blanc de sucre et les eaux vert émeraude du golfe au sud, et Choctawhatchee Bay et le parcours de golf Seascape joliment aménagé au nord.

Surfside offre 24 heures de sécurité, un parking couvert, et une immense piscine chauffée.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et un grand bain de maître avec une baignoire / douche. La deuxième chambre est meublée avec deux nouveaux lits de marque doubles et propose une salle de bains complète avec douche.

La troisième chambre est en fait un lock-out et offre beaucoup d'intimité. Cette suite d'une chambre est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetière, et il offre deux lits doubles, une salle de bain avec une douche, et un balcon séparé donnant sur le golf Seascape Resort et Choctawhatchee Bay.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin, y compris les ustensiles de cuisine, ustensiles de cuisine, cafetière, grille-pain, mixeur, ainsi que d'une salle à manger. Il suffit d'apporter quelques éléments essentiels alimentaires et faites comme chez vous!

La terrasse de la piscine à Surfside dispose d'une immense piscine chauffée, piscine pour enfants, bain à remous, sauna et douches pour votre commodité. Les services de Surfside comprennent également un jeu de sport avec des courts de tennis ainsi que d'une zone de basket-ball et volley-ball. De piscines il ya un accès à la plage sans route à traverser.

Il ya quelque chose pour tout le monde à faire - se détendre, dîner dans un restaurant local, aller jouer au golf, faire un voyage de pêche en haute mer, et ne pas oublier de faire un peu de shopping à Silver Sands, le plus grand magasin d'usine de concepteur de la nation.

We had an amazing stay! Weather was great, beach chair umbrella/ chair rentals was easy, great bar/ restaurant on the beach. Great location! Walkable to many things to do. Owners communicated well. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

HOT rental

The air conditioning was not working for the first 3 days. The temperature never got below 78 degrees in the condo. I reached out to the owners and maintenance 2 or 3 times regarding the A/C and there were no wash cloths or hand towels available. The unit is extremely outdated. The sliding shower doors kept coming off tract or would not slide at all. And the hot water came in and out while showering. You cannot access the beach from this building without walking across the catwalk and down 2 stories of steps or thru a gate at the road without a passcode after 8a.m. Once we arrived there was broken glass on the balcony which makes me wonder with carpet in the unit how clean the unit actually was. The condo was larger enough for the family thats was a positive! If the unit was undated (flooring- beds- appliances- fixtures etc..) it would have been worth the price we paid. Otherwise---no.

Televisions in the rooms just were a video cassette usable chairs and table full of rust and not usable couches and sheets dirty. Needs to deep clean and upgrade furniture and it will be a great room

Great Location

Not enough elevators for suche a large condominium and one was down only leaving 1 small elevator. Condo could have been a little cleaner, actually found some pills in one of the rooms on the floor. Condo needs some updating but overall was a nice room. Just think the building could be better.

Great location. The resort is nice and across the street from nice beaches. The pool is a bit small. Room/resort was very clean. It worked great for me and my family! It met all of our needs. Big balcony with a nice view.

Nice but could be better

Clean, beds were comfortable. Nice and roomy. Kitchen well stocked. However, the decor was very, very dated. Really needs to be updated. Slats on sliding doors were pretty dirty. Two of the three plastic chairs on deck were broken. Table and chairs were very rusted. I sliced the back of my heel on the bottom of a jagged, rusty chair while trying to scoot it up. Check in process was horrible. Not letting anyone in until exactly 4:00 was ridiculous and so unnecessary. It caused a huge back up and congestion in the lobby, not to mention lengthy lines at the elevator. All our years in going on vacation early check ALWAYS happens when the room is ready.

Enjoyed our stay, parking not so much

Pros: close to beach, great restaurant, clean Cons: dated (mirrored walls made lay out even more confusing), slow elevators, but the worst part was that the parking garage has a maximum height allowance of 6’8”. Nowhere in the listing or in correspondence was there mention of this. My family traveled in three vehicles, of which zero were able to park in the garage. We circled and waited for spots to open outside to park then had to rent golf carts to get around town for fear of losing a spot if we moved. Also, one of the golf carts scraped the ceiling of the garage!

This property is exactly as described. Plenty of beds and rooms. Owners were an easy text or phone call away. Really great access to the beach. Great restaurant in resort. Would stay again.

Convenient location

Overall it was a nice place to stay but our unit was so hot on one side, dont think AC was working properly. Contacted the owner but never heard back on the issue. The building was crowded and needed some updating

We encountered multiple little problems. There were 5 of us staying ( which they knew) only had 4 bracelets- trying to get a 5 was a nightmare. Robert was rude. Then there were no coffee filters , the cleaning ladies were not done we had to wait on them. The bathroom toilet over flowed. Light bulb in 2nd shower out and there is on lock on the shower door

Didn’t want to leave

This place was fabulous. It was close to the grocery store and a short walk to the souvenir shop. The pool area was nice and there is an amazing restaurant on the first floor of the building. The cross walk to the beach was super nice. The owners are great and getting back to you when you have questions. The condo was so much bigger than the pictures show. One of the double bed rooms is kind of like it’s own little suit with its own door to get in and out, and a private balcony. The main balcony is huge. The patio furniture could use an up date 😊 The only have 2 negatives 1- there are only two elevators for the whole building so catching a ride is a little slow, but hey it’s vacation, Don’t be in a hurry (it really was only a problem arriving and leaving with the luggage) 2- the ac…. The building itself was rather warm. In the condo, the air to the private wing room was fabulous. The rest of the condo was firm at 78. We kept meaning to call the maintenance guy but got busy. We just got the box fan from the closet and placed it in front of the suit door to circulate the air and it wasn’t to bad. Definitely should put it in the to do list to fix. I absolutely loved the yellow walls and the datedness of the place. It was so beachy and just a fun style. We will be keeping this listing for our are mermaid squad 2.0 trip next year.

Cozy beach getaway for the family.

The property was close to many stores, shops and restaurants. Property is handicap accessible however the beach accesses are not. Elevators took foever. Area is high traffic with many rentals in the area. The condo itself was very clean, cozy and comfortable. It was quiet indoors even though loud at times from the balcony. My family would definitely stay here again. Beach staff and other guests were super kind.

There is enough room for everything and everyone…. Beds are very comfortable Water pressure is amazing In the showers Plenty of dishware/glasses/silverware Cooking utensils, pots pans The owners were easy to work with. Wonderful beach, white sand, great weather virtually year round, great for families with lots to do, fantastic shopping and restaurants, good investment value.

Great affordable restaurants, with many specialty restaurants, friendly to children, many with spectacular views of the ocean and the beautiful sunsets. Golf for all variety of players, some championship and others for the normal hacker, but all enjoyable and affordable with very little wait time. Many good tennis players in the area. Best fishing in the South with a reputation for wonderful catches.
