Notre plan d'étage unique en angle offre une vue sur le golfe depuis toutes les chambres. Ce n��est pas votre plan d’étage typique. Toutes les pièces sont inclinées / ouvertes avec des portes en verre / fenêtres du plafond au sol. Toutes les chambres s'ouvrent sur un immense balcon de 8 mètres surplombant la piscine et le magnifique golfe. Notre unité est très ouverte, grande, a des plafonds de 9 ', un excellent plancher de tuiles de 18 pouces. Les caractéristiques uniques de ce b��timent comprennent des couloirs intérieurs climatis��s et un parking fermé. Surfside Resort offre l'un des équipements les plus complets de la région.

Il y a 2 suites parentales. Une immense chambre des maîtres avec un lit king-size avec vue sur le GOLFE, de beaux meubles, un t��léviseur / magnétoscope, un grand dressing éclairé, une coiffeuse et une spacieuse salle de bains principale avec une grande douche vitrée. La deuxi��me chambre avec vue sur le golfe a deux lits doubles avec de beaux meubles, TV / magnétoscope, placard et salle de bain complète avec baignoire / douche. Notre unit�� 3��me chambre a un lit king-size peut être loué comme une unité séparée ou comme une 3ème chambre. Elles disposent toutes de mobilier DESIGNER, TV / DVD, SPACIEUSES SDB.

La salle de séjour / salle à manger est brillamment con��ue avec des d��tails haut de gamme, y compris un centre de divertissement avec TV / DVD. Le salon / salle à manger comprend un mur en miroir qui crée une vue panoramique ��poustouflante sur le golfe. Le salon SOFA SLEEPER SFA, un canapé-lit pour permettre un h��bergement confortable pour 12 personnes.

Notre cuisine entièrement équip��e comprend un lave-vaisselle, une cuisinière, un réfrigérateur, un micro-ondes, une cafetière, un mixeur, un grille-pain, bien approvisionné en vaisselle, et même une mijoteuse. Nous avons ajouté de nombreuses touches / él��ments personnels. Tous vos besoins ont été anticipés. Nous avons également laveuse / sécheuse et TV / magnétoscope / DVD dans le salon et les chambres.

Il y a beaucoup de place pour ranger vos bagages et vos affaires pendant que vous vous détendez. Les draps, serviettes, etc. sont ��galement fournis. L'immense balcon est enti��rement meublé et aménagé.

We really enjoyed our stay. The views are simply stunning and there was plenty of room to accommodate 6 adult women on vacation to celebrate a 50th birthday! The response time from our host, if we had any questions, was very quick. We would definitely book again!

Wow! Just incredible from the moment we walked in to the incredible view from floor to ceiling windows! Perfect size and plenty of room for the 7 of us. Teenage girls had their own privacy in a suite which we didn’t realize had its own little kitchenette also! Definitely would recommend and would definitely rebook if we come back to Miramar Beach! Julie was great and very accommodating letting us check in earlier and check out later. Thanks for the memories!

Beautiful condo, amazing views

Spent the Fourth of July week here and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The condo was perfect for our teenagers, the view was great, there were fireworks on the Fourth, and the hostess was responsive, professional and kind. Highly recommend!

Great Location

The room was nicely updated with an awesome view of the emerald coast! The location was perfect (almost on the beach)! Some shops and restaurants are walkable. The grocery store was 5 minutes away by car. It was nice the prooerty has a pool.The pool area needs better landscaped.Pool water temperature varied, some days it was just right and chilly on the other days. Pool area had some umbrellas. More umbrellas would be nice. No pool bar. The beach was across the street. The bridge from pool to beach has a lot of stairs. You can exit front door and cross the street to the beach.this across has mess stairs. The beach service was nice with very attentive staff. The sad was white and the water was very pretty. You can't beat staykng on the emerald coast!

Great Location

The condo was spacious, great location, and easy access to the beach. Having the beach service, umbrellas and beach chairs, was wonderful!! We truly enjoyed everything about our stay. The views from the balcony and condo were great!! Julie with the property management company was outstanding to work with! The only issue we experienced was not enough parking which is a huge problem during busy season.

Long weekend trip with friends

The location is amazing right off the beach with spectacular balcony views. We had a group of 7 and all fit comfortably. Beach with chairs and umbrella were awesome with great service from resort staff. We never got a chance to eat at resort restaurant but food smelled amazing - great fun places to eat all around. Room had everything we needed. Only complaints would be to replace some of the old stained sheets and repair or install bathroom fans. Also fire alarm went off on first night in 3rd room at 1am for no reason. Not a deal breaker as the pros far outweight the cons. Pool and hot tubs were great also.

Great girls getaway

We loved our stay at Surfside Resort! The view was absolutely stunning. The condo was very comfortable and in a great location in Miramar Beach. We did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Stay

8 of us stayed here and had a great time. The unit was great and the building was sufficient. The views from this condo were amazing and the best part of the trip. Manager was always just a text message away and we had zero issues. Great stay.

The Most Amazing Views

Everyone in our party thought it was an excellent choice. The layout of the condo was perfect for us. The kitchen was very nice, well-equipped, and open to the living room with plenty of windows and wonderful balcony access to see the beautiful Gulf and white beaches. An added bonus was access nearby to fabulous restaurants. We don’t think we could have made a better choice. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy this experience.

This resort does NOT have handicap/stroller access to the beach

This unit was nice and the views are great, but if you need handicap access or would like to take a stroller or wagon to the beach DO NOT stay in this resort. There are only 2 direct accesses to the beach, one has steep stairs and the other is 4 floors of stairs, ramp access is too far away to be helpful. Also, in order to go directly from the beach to the pool, you must either climb 4 floors of stairs to the overpass, or go back thru the resort lobby and take the elevator to the 1st floor access. Bad design on the resort overall. The listing did not mention this, only found it later in the comments from renters.

Miramar beach

Check-in took over a hour-be prepared for one set of elevators in the whole building for your stay. We avoided 4pm in the elevators/lobby everyday for this reason. The condo really needs to be brought up to date to 2022. The only wow factor is the view & that is basically what you are paying a lot for. The shower leaked the entire stay. Owner was notified and was not aware it had happened again-so that is an on going issue. Keep shower door closed or you will fall with all the water that was on our floor. Owner offered to bring bath mat. At no fault of the owners our water was shut off for half a day while we visited-so no cooking breakfast/lunch & no flushing toilets during that time or anything that you normally do with water! The condo was clean. I agree with others on very minimal supplies so I was prepared & some of the cookware needs to be tossed & replaced asap. The location was good. The property was clean. We felt safe. The beach access has no ramps-all steps-be prepared if you pull a wagon or have anything on wheels. The spa services I had were excellent. The Royal Palm restaurant was really good & nice to have so close. We never used the pool. We used Destin Grocery girls for our grocery delivery & I highly recommend that service if you visit the area.

4 day beach vacay

We stayed here for 4 nights for a bachelorette party. The view is amazing and the condo is the perfect size for a group of girls. It was nice to have a pool, hot tub, gym, restaurant, bar and beach all right there. The beach bar is great! I will say you will probably need a rental car if you don’t want to spend a ton on Uber. There are some things in walking/biking/golf cart distance but most of the places we went in the evening were a 20-25 min drive. I also think that they should leave extra toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags. You’re expected to bag your your trash and take it to the trash chute but they don’t leave any extra bags. For the price it seems like that would not be too much to ask. Over all this was a great weekend place to stay. I think it would be perfect for a family as well.

We loved this condo! The views were amazing and the location was fantastic. The condo is roomy and the pictures posted are an accurate reflection of what it looks like. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything was good we all had an awesome time !! The only thing I can complain about was the beach restrooms were nasty and the sauna didn’t work I think there’s a couple of things that need upgraded
