This beachside getaway offers a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with a heated pool and two hot tubs. The beach is a short walk across the street/walkway with private beach access, along with a bar and restaurant. Beach service is included from May through October! This vacation home will provide you with every comfort during your stay in beautiful Miramar Beach, FL!

Inside, you'll find elegant furnishings and wall art, with plenty of natural lighting throughout. Your next dinner party will be an opulent affair when you take advantage of the full kitchen. Challenge your friends and family to games on the shared basketball and tennis courts, spend your day enjoying the fantastic area of Miramar Beach, and then come home to wrap up an evening with a nice glass of wine on the balcony. Thoughtful home upgrades include renovated bathrooms, new TVs, and decor.

Surfside offers tennis and basketball courts, a hot tub, a heated pool, a sauna, and an on-site restaurant. Plan a day trip to Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, eight miles west, where you and the kids can enjoy slides and adventures such as Buccaneer Cove, Pleasure Island, and Fun Fountains. You'll love teeing off at The Golf Garden of Destin, just four miles west. Come enjoy beautiful Miramar Beach and everything this area has to offer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo was so worth it!

We loved the decor and configuation of the condo. This was the first big vacation for my son, his wife and two littles with their grandparents. The bathrooms were clean and we really appreciated the stackable washer and dryer. We also loved the extra privacy of the additional doors to each bedroom area giving each bedroom more provacy. This was helpful when naps were needed.The resturant in the bulding was excellent and so convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensiles so we could cook those extra meals instead of dining out every meal. We had a delievery from Walmart that made our food prep easy. We also utilized the extra large lanai as an additional area to relax after a day at the beach and pool. We were able to see the fireworks from that balcony. The littles loved that evening! I was also impressed with the ease of parking. We were also able to load and unload our packed vehicle under a covered roof area. We didn't purchase steaks to grill but did see a large grill area with picnic tables and 4 grills. All in all, the owner had thought of everything from additional fans in each bedrooms, blow dryer, toaster oven, microwave, extra large fridge, extra mirror with table and stool for makeup and hair and a steamer that we used to steam our dress clothes for a memorable family photo on the beach! We loved the bridge area to the beach. This was convient with little ones. The pool was big enough for all of the guest that used it during a very busy season. This condo worked perfectly for our vacation and we will be renting this unit again! Thanks to the owners for making every little detail of our family vacation easy and memorable.

Nice unit

This condo worked for our large family, we were trying to downsize this year for a more budget friendly option so this one fit our needs. The guest room does get really warm but they do provide fans so that did help some, not perfect but it worked. The beach access was easy. The handle on the balcony door broke while we were there and maintenance came up and fixed it right away. We did need sheets for the fold out couch but since we requested them on a Sunday we were told there was no runner so we had to wait until Monday for them. We liked the condo and would stay here again.

Awesome condo

We have stayed in this building several times, but this was our first time staying in this unit. The unit was very clean and perfect for our needs. The bathrooms have been updated (nicer than what is shown in the pics). The large kitchen table worked well for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids. I have nothing negative to say about this unit at all
 especially for this price point! Reading through the previous reviews, I think some people just complain about everything. Our beds were comfy
there was enough seating area for all of us to hang during downtime. Surfside has a heated pool which is great for the kids and a basketball court (my 12 year old spends most of his time there), plus other ammenties that are good for kids. The bridge walkover to the beach is so helpful with our toddler and not having to worry about crossing the busy road. The beach bar is super convenient
 drinks were strong and cheap for us :) We will definitely stay in this unit again!

Great view!

There are a couple of minor things that can be fixed but I wouldn't trade the view and proximity to everything. This condo is probably one of the best to rent. The view of pool and beach is spectacular. Inside has all of the kitchen amenities you'll need. Great place to stay. We will rent this condo again!

Great view and nice amenities

You can see a good stretch of the beach from this room as well as the pool courtyard. Each access to the beach from the Skydeck and no fighting traffic!

Amazing stay at surf side 405

I love the location and all the amenities the resort offers. The restrooms are a tad dated but clean. The rooms, living and kitchen were amazing. The view from master and kitchen amazing. The beach bar, chairs, pool, restaurant etc amazing. The restaurant located on resort did fireworks and s’mores one night at the beach. A little strict with bringing your own canopy and chair though. We like to stay out there till sun down and the umbrella and chair they offer gets picked up at 5 and there is still sun out. I would say that was the only draw back. Overall though it was nice and would stay again.

No Early Check In, Place is nice

The room was very beautiful! The hotel is so convenient across the beach. It’s not upscale but convenient. Some of the front desk staff is rude, no early check in or accommodations. Check in is until 4PM, so you waste a whole day. Other than that it’s okay.

Needs bedding update

This condo was an alright stay. This specific room most definitely seriously needs updated beds in the guest room with two beds; the floor would have more comfortable. The bedding was also very hot and the air flow in this room was terrible we had to go buy a fan. The master in this room seemed be fine for the most part. Restaurant was very convenient but pricey. Favorite thing was you get a free set of beach chairs and umbrella.

outdated condo

The view is wonderful but the condo is tremendously outdated. The kitchen lacked sufficient amount of plates/utensils for our family of four. Our master bedroom shower door was broken. We had a lot of space for our family and the view of the ocean was very nice from the large balcony. I would not rent this condo again.

Great Family Vacation!

This was an absolutely wonderful getaway with the family. The accommodations were great and just enough for the 5 of us (4 adults and 1 child). The only thing needed are kitchen utensils ~ not enough and definitely need cutting utensils. Otherwise, this was a FANTASTIC stay and we hope to return soon! Thank you!
