Redfish Retreat offers the perfect location for the best places on the island, between the beach and the village! Redfish Retreat has been newly renovated Fall 2023! End unit is just steps to the pool, which is open during the warmer months from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Stay here once and you will be back.

THE SPACE

The main living floor includes an updated kitchen, fully stocked with all the necessities. A living space with a large flat screen tv and the sectional couch of your daydreams, perfect for snuggling up after a day at the beach and a convenient half bath.

This is a 3-story townhome. The main living area is on the 2nd floor. From there, you can go up to the top floor where you'll find the primary bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms, or go down interior stairs to a bonus bedroom on the ground level.

- Primary Bedroom - King bed (sleeps 2), TV and en-suite bath attached (double vanity, shower/tub combo, spacious closet)

- Second Bedroom - Queen bed (sleeps 2), TV, access to hall bath on this level

- Third Bedroom - Bunk Room (sleeps 4). This bedroom shares the hall bath.

- Going back down to the ground floor you will find a bonus sleeping room with pullout couch (sleeps 2) and private bathroom; this room stays nice and dark and is perfect for the family member who loves to sleep in!

High speed WiFi and community pool access are included. Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

There is NO garage access for guests.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can't host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.

If a Damage Waiver is listed amongst charges, this is a fully refundable damage deposit - not a fee.

Too many syairs

Fine for younger people, but tooo many stairs for grandmother and toddler (not mentioned in listing) Also lots of miscommunication and hard to get in touch with anyone. No follow up. The pool was nice and close but no one in it the whole time we were there, because the water was freezing

Amazing Condo

We were amazed at this condo. It is tastefully decorated, comfortable, and spotless. It met our family’s needs perfectly while we vacationed on SSI. Only a short walk to the beach or to shopping. The pool is right outside the door. We have stayed at a few condos on beach vacations and this might have been the best yet.

Great location and house

The condo is located near the beach and many great restaurants. The only issue was parking. There are few parking spots and the owner doesn’t allow use of the garage.

Centrally located!

Great location with ease of access to everything St. Simons has to offer. Very quiet and other residents are accommodating. Only real challenge is parking! Owner does not allow the use of the garage. We had two vehicles and it presented a challenge to park. Also, would not recommend if you have difficulty climbing stairs. Outside of those two issues, all else made for a good enjoyable stay!

Amazing

Gorgeous property with more than enough room for 5 cousins reconnecting. Plenty of items to cook with a large fridge and a keurig and a drip coffee maker. Seating in the living room was perfect. If I ever get to go back to St. Simon's, I would love to stay here again!
