Paradise Palms was our own home and has been lovingly groomed into a tropical oasis in the middle of town. Three well appointed bedrooms, two bathrooms (all newly renovated) for you evening slumber. Each bedroom has a closet, dresser, 35" SmartTV's and wonderful mattresses.

The kitchen area has a monster island for gathering and cooking meals, and the kitchen is well equipped to for cooking (I used to be a chef!). The family and dining area is wide open and spacious allowing for the whole family to cook, eat and relax together.

The family room has a huge leather sectional sofa with three recliners. We have plenty of games and books to keep the family entertained or watch some tv on the 65" SmartTV. Frontier FIOS Wifi throughout with extenders, so everyone can stay connected (or I can shut it down if that is better, lol).

The real treat is the pool grotto! The backyard is a tropical oasis of beautiful plants and foliage that surround a black bottom swimming pool with wading area for kids, waterfalls and 5' is the deepest it gets. Six person patio table for meals or seating area with smartTV add to the pool vibe! Walk outside the screen door and you have a wonderful relaxing seating area complete with a firepit and Adirondack chairs to have that evening libation, enjoy a cigar or just watch the stars and sunsets. There is even a lovely wood swing to relax on as well.

All this and you are within walking distance to over a dozen restaurants and shopping galore. Downtown Lakeland is only three miles away and offers tons of events, entertainment venues, and more dining and shopping. Lakeside Village is one mile to the west with more shopping movie theaters and restaurants. Lakeland Linder Airport is a quick 10 minute drive.

We are born and raised in Lakeland and can assist with any needs during your visit. We hope you enjoy Paradise Palms!

Long weekend

Very nice and open house. It gets even better when you get outside with a great pool and lanai! We'll definitely rent here again!

Perfection

Such a fun house to be at for the airshow! Can’t wait to come back. Owners were accommodating and always available for us if we needed anything. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The linens and towels were a life saver!

This was a great home and the pool patio was fantastic. A great place to relax and soak in the warm weather. We'd stay here again.

Great place

We enjoyed our 9 days at this house. It’s in a great location and was perfect for what we needed. It could have been cleaner than it was. And I wish they would have had a vacuum cleaner for us to use.

My wife and I are both born and raised in Lakeland. She travels extensively for work in the racing industry and I am a commercial real estate broker and developer. We love to travel and decided our home would make a great oasis for wary travelers to relax and unwind while you visit central Florida and all there is to do here!

We have a very quiet neighborhood that is still so close to so many amenities. It's also minutes from the Polk Parkway, making day trips to the beach, theme parks or anywhere in central florida very easy with its access to I-4.

This was the first home we owned together and we crafted it into the tropical oasis it is due to our love of the beach. We wanted to feel like we were at the beach every night we came home. Now you can enjoy our vision and this little bit of tranqulity!
