Belle maison historique de plus de 1850 pieds carrés située à quelques pâtés de maisons du lac Morton et du centre-ville de Lakeland. Cette maison comprend 3 chambres, salon, salle à manger, buanderie et bien d'autres caractéristiques. Profitez d'une tasse de café sur le porche avant élargi ou détendez-vous sur le porche arrière. Grande cuisine avec coin salon. L'endroit idéal pour recevoir jusqu'à 12 personnes. Veuillez noter que cette maison est en cours de rénovation avec tous les nouveaux meubles partout.

Everything at this property is great. This was my second stay and the house is comfortable, well maintained, and near the things we wanted to do.

My family was displaced by hurricane Milton and this rental was great. The owner was very easy and present to communicate with and went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

Meeting 1st grandchild

My overall impression of this home was that it was HOME . Everything was perfect. The accommodations made it so easy for our family got together, there was plenty of space for all of us. A great atmosphere. The home was well maintained and extremely clean. I will definitely be back and renting that home again, I highly recommend it

Awesome Accomodations

From the property, to the location, to the amenities — this property was perfect. We were staying in Lakeland to move our daughter into SEU for her senior year. We had always stayed in a hotel but this property was so much better! Everything in the property was first class and the location was convenient to everything we needed and wanted to do. We would definitely stay there again!

Great house with all the necessities....clean, cozy and spacious all at the same time. The neighborhood was a little “sketchy” but loved that it was walking distance to a great coffee shop and beautiful pond.

We were two moms moving our sons into FSC for their freshman year. The home is great and the location to campus and downtown Lakeland was perfect. Will be back.

Lovely home, pictures are what you get! Neighborhood was not the greatest, but felt safe inside the home. Would definitely rent again.

Great house and location

Great property and a great location. We had a super time very easy to walk to some really nice spots in Lakeland. We loved the coffee shop attached to the public library. Mr. fish is amazing! Best fish sandwich I’ve ever had. it’s a short walk to the beautiful Florida Southern University with amazing Frank Loyd Wright architecture. We had a great time!

Perfect!

Property was perfect for my group and exactly as described. Anthony was wonderful to deal with and answered all my questions before and after booking my reservation. He was very responsive and accommodating. Location of the property allowed us to walk into town easily and is a perfect spot for visiting a student at Florida Southern College. Would highly recommend this property and the property manager.

Location is perfect for FSC visiting parents

Clean, Beautifully decorated, Spacious, lots of items in the kitchen. Everything you need. House next door is kinda an eye sore but hey you can’t control your neighbors. I never personally saw them or had any issues. I would definitely stay here again.

Wedding Weekend

The house was very clean and conveniently located. Our only issues was finding sheets for the pullout couch, and finding room to sleep 9 adults. The house claims to sleep 10, but we could only find room for 8. Otherwise, the house was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

To the BOOK…

I really enjoyed this property the managers were quick and informative. My only other comment is concerning their limited flexibility. I have 5 stars because they fulfilled their contact. However, I received a message about a week prior offering a discount to extend my stay as it was open. I quickly replied that in would be in the area prior nights but was asking for an early check in to drop bags. The response was that I could pay $50 for an early check in. I do understand this is a business however, I would’ve really appreciated the generosity of them to extend it early. Check in, even though it was not expected.

Great location, clean and comfy!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The owner was really easy to contact and helpful. The house was clean and cozy. The bed comfy, lots of linens and towels and all the kitchen stuff we needed. I would say the bathrooms are small and there is a loose tile in the one bathrooms right in front of the toilet, but it is not a show stopper at all. The front porch was great to sit on and relax., They could really have a cute spot in the back to do that also if they wanted too. I would stay here again in a heartbeat - really liked the kitchen, living room and bedrooms! The board on the wall was really cool and helpful.

Beautiful Lake Morton home

Beautiful home in wonderful neighborhood. Easy walk to Lake Morton and Florida Southern. The owner was incredibly responsive and friendly. Highly recommended!

Just what we needed!

We stayed at this property due to a death in the family. It was perfect for hosting and has many comforts of home. Of course there is going to be a “thing or two” that needs attention and when I expressed it to the landlord he called me personally to thank me . He agreed to make improvements and I take his word for it. We’ll book again when staying for a lengthy visit in Lakeland. Truly a little gem.

Great location

We really enjoyed this house, quiet and clean. What a crazy,unique experience me and my wife had here. Upon initial entry we put ALL of our belongings on counter and returned to the car to unload clothes only to be locked out by smart lock. We had to wait 1 1/2 hours for remaining family for entry code, all cell phones,money were inside. Camera obviously doesn't alert owner as we tried 20 times to remember code, just FYI. Funny in the end and lesson learned, never close smart locked doors. Can't believe police weren't called on ou repeated attempts to open windows and doors. I do recommend home though, quiet neighborhood.

Graduation

There were six adults at the property. We were in Lakeland to attend a high school graduation. The house was great, and very clean. We didn't do any cooking there but there was plenty of room for cooking, along with a grill on the back deck. We loved drinking our morning coffee on the front porch and looking at all the various plants and trees that we don't have in North Dakota, Minnesota, or South Dakota. We will stay again if we are all in Lakeland at the same time.
