Cette belle maison privée de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains de 2800 pieds carrés se trouve sur un lac de ski vierge de 650 acres à Winter Haven, en Floride, et présente de nouveaux tapis Stainmaster en 2019, du parquet et des vues spectaculaires depuis presque toutes les pièces.

À seulement 10 minutes de Legoland, à 35 minutes des attractions Disney, des studios Universal et de Sea World et à 50 minutes de Busch Gardens, cette maison dispose d'une grande piscine entièrement blindée avec plongeoir, d'un bain à remous jacuzzi, d'un balcon et d'un patio grillagés au bord du lac, d'une salle de jeux avec table de billard, ping-pong, baby-foot, quai de bateau, pêche, cheminée et bien plus encore.

My wife, son and I spent a great 5 days watching the many varieties of birds and enjoying the table games within the house. Having the hot tub made the sunset even more beautiful. Hope to enjoy again soon.

Beautiful

We had 8 50 women staying at this beautiful property for a softball tournament. The house was perfect! Relaxing in the hot tub after the games was a must! The owner knew we’re coming and had the spa heater replaced and we were so excited to have the chance to use it!! Thank you!!!!

Winter stay

We stayed at the house during winter. The views are amazing and it is very easy to access. We loved the hot tub and dock. The owners were very easy to work with and communicated wonderfully.

A great lakehouse experience

This was the perfect getaway for our family. We saw some of the best sunsets we’ve ever seen over the lake. And the house was very spacious where everyone could be together or find a place to yourself. The pool was really big (bigger than many hotels) and everyone loved the diving board. Late night talks in the hot tub was something our family needed together. Spacious bedrooms, Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms and spaces. Good communication with the owners. Thanks for hosting us. We will be back.

Fantastic Vacation Home

We stayed for a week at this unique lakehouse and had the best time. For starters, the pool is really big and has an attached hot tub and a diving board. The kids played for hours. And you get views of the lake from two different sides of the house. Some of the best sunsets we’ve ever seen over the lake. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Bathrooms were clean and sanitized when we checked in. Gas grill outdoors allowed us to grill by the lake. Would definitely come back here again.

Eagle Lake Florida Vacation

The house was big, spacious and comfortable. The private dock on the lake was a treat for the kids to fish with their Papa! The inground heated pool and hot tub was plenty big enough for the whole family to enjoy together! Per the owners instructions, the patio and pool area were to be used at one’s own risk. We found some conditions that could be considered dangerous to children or the elderly if not closely supervised by a capable adult. Some repairs are needed, but we noted them and were very careful. We appreciated the life vests and we also donated some pool toys for the next Guests to use. Over all, a good time was had by all! 😎

Family getaway

Good location with highway access. There were nine of us and there was plenty of space. AC worked and had plenty of hot water. The kitchen was very user friendly and large. The sunsets were to die for!

Perfect place for our stay

Very pleased with this property! Beautiful sunset views. The house was actually too big for the three of us! We originally had 6 in our party when I booked it. But due to unforeseen factors, our group shrunk to 3. This place is absolutely perfect for a large family. Plenty of open space. Huge kitchen with eat in area as well as an adjoining large dining table w/chairs. Great amenities inside and out! Will definitely stay here again next year for our annual trip to the area!

Golf buddies vacation

Nice relaxing lake to view to start every morning of my 28 day stay. 10 of my golf buddies stayed at various times. All gave a "thumbs up" approval. there are plenty of courses to play. Greg, our host, was helpful with the few inquiries we had at the beginning. Great place too stay.

Many things to do

Communication was very good. And the owner quickly went above and beyond to solve a coffee pot issue which we greatly appreciated. Enjoyed the canoe (though we did have to pay the yard guy to weed eat a 12ft path through 3ft brush to get the canoe to the lake), pool table, ping pong and foosball. Too cold to try the pool. Many spiders and roaches. Cleaning could have been much better. The bottom floor is divided into 2 sections with 3 stairs not shown in the pictures. The downstairs bedroom is very small. My elderly parents were hoping to avoid stairs but had to do the stairs to the top floor to a larger bedroom and the 3 stairs on the bottom floor. The biggest issue was having to wash the towels/hand towels/wash cloths, so no shower before bed or in the morning and wiping your hands/face on your clothes after washing them. High fee if you don't wash the towels... Like others mentioned, this should be covered in the cleaning fee. Caught a 2lb bass off the dock along with tilapia and blue gills. Caught several bass from the canoe. Overall had an enjoyable stay.

Quite and peaceful

The neighborhood wasn't what we expected. However, it was very quite and peaceful. My family and I throughly enjoyed the pool and our overall stay here. This was exactly what we needed. The owner was very responsive. I would definitely recommend for anyone needing a get away.

Serenity Lake House

Very peaceful lake house. Beautiful sunsets over the lake.. Plenty of room & things for everyone to do in the house. Fishing was great from the dock, and lots of different birds to watch. The owner (Greg) is very attentive to any questions or needs you might have. And Blackburn's BBQ a short distance away, is a must. I just wish we could have stayed longer 😔

Great spot for a getaway!

Plenty of room to spread out in this lovely home! Pool and hot tub were a bonus. Bring a fishing pool (we did not sadly) because you have your own dock. The owners were very quick to respond to a couple questions that we had. We would return. Very close to grocery store and Walmart and lots of restaurants.

IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED

The fridge tables and bedrooms were not very clean. Dust and dirt found also found a roach in guest bedroom The washing of the towels should be included in the cleaning price we could not even take a shower the morning we departed because the towels had to be washed and dried Cleaning team needs to wipe down the walls better dust on the fans and table as well. Other wise the location is beautiful

Greg and his family have owned this home since 2002. They are avid skiers and wakeboarders and this home provides the perfect setting for boating and watersports. This property consistently receives great reviews from families for its location and amenities. This is their personal family vacation home where they stay regularly.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We bought this property because it combines a beautiful lakefront setting with boating and jet skiing with the closeness of being able to get to the Orlando theme parks in about 30-40 minutes. Additionally, this home has views of the lake from two sides and a very large pool and hot tub. This home is also close to Lakeland and Tampa and central to the beaches on the east and west coasts.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This home is the perfect place to just unwind and relax. We wake up in the morning and sit out on the patio drinking our coffee while we watch the lake and wildlife. We love to play games and there are many things to do inside the home like play pool, foosball, ping pong, etc. which the kids love. Also, the pool is huge and we love to float around or watch the kids do tricks from the diving board. We love to go boating, and our lake is one of the cleanest lakes in all of Florida. Eagle lake is excellent for watersports and fishing. We also have a canoe that you are welcome to use. Every time we visit this home we hate to leave!
