The Space:
Please note: This is not a party house - we're in a peaceful cul-de-sac and don't wish to disturb our neighbours, we're the perfect place for families and workers but not suitable for noisy groups going out in Manchester.

LOCATION:
We’re on Moor End Avenue, Salford if you wish to check our exact location. Set on a super peaceful cul-de-sac you will fall in love with the views from our top bedroom balcony. Day or night, you’ll have spectacular views towards Manchester City Centre and Media City.
We’re 10 minutes’ drive into the City Centre or the bus stop is 2 minutes’ walk away.

PARKING:
We have one free parking space outside our house with no height or size restrictions. There’s also free on street parking.

MASTER BEDROOM:
You'll find peace and tranquillity in this room and with the new comfy bed you’re guaranteed a good night’s sleep. We supply fresh linen and towels for each guest for your convenience

THE KIDS ROOM:
Big kid or little kid – you’re going to love this room. With 4 singles beds, friends can stay up chatting all night long. Once it’s dark you’ll have spectacular views from the balcony of the city’s twinkling lights.

FAMILY BATHROOM:
Have you seen those Japanese toilets that shoot water fountains on your bottom? We have that here! Once you’re done with the toilet spa you can hop in the bath or the shower. We also supply shower gel and shampoo for your convenience.

ENSUITE:
The top floor has it’s own en-suite toilet and shower

LIVING ROOM:
The family room has 3 comfy sofas so everyone can have space to lounge and watch TV. We have live TV or watch our complimentary Netflix.

WIFI:
We have superfast WIFI from Virgin

KITCHEN:
Our stunning kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for the whole family or to make bacon butties for friends in the morning. We provide complimentary tea and coffee too :)

DINING ROOM:
Enjoy your cooking (or take away) on our spacious dining table which can comfortably seat 8 guests. We also have an IKEA day bed which opens into king size – sleeping an extra 2 guests comfortably.

GARDEN:
When the sun is shining there’s no better place to be than in our garden! Enjoy your morning brew (complementary tea and coffee provided) in the garden under the pagola. This will set you up for a fantastic day!

Our home is wheelchair accessible with the exception of the upstairs bedroom. Downstairs you'll find the master bedroom plus wheelchair accessible bathroom, shower.

GOOD FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS:
we have a washer / dryer which is convenient for those on longer trips. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets), a high chair and some children’s plates & cutlery.


PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
for convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.

WELCOME GUIDE:
make the most of your time in Manchester with our personalised welcome guide to Manchester. We live here and know all the best places to go, restaurants to eat, bars to drink in and museums to visit. We also have a contact for Manchester United or Manchester City tickets.

GOOD TO KNOW:
You can conveniently check yourself in anytime after 3PM using our lockbox. You’re able to drop your bags in from 11.30AM onwards. We’re happy to offer free early check in if we have no guests checking out. Please let us know if you’re arriving before 3PM and we’ll do our best to get our home ready for you.

We live in Manchester (and love Manchester!) so are on hand if needed but generally we leave you to enjoy your stay. You can conveniently check yourself in meaning no stress with arrival times.
