We've poured love into every corner of this home, aiming to provide you with an unforgettable holiday experience.

The Space:
Our little white cottage is compact and cosy and suited to a maximum of 2 persons sharing as this is not a large cottage. We have tried to decorate it in a very comfortable way in order to give you the best holiday experience ever. If you book our lovely little home, you will be in the heart of a local Portuguese community which is culturally rich. I am sure you will love it as much as we do.

The Neighborhood:
This is a small local enclave of cottages in the suburb of Cobre, just a short distance from the Cascais Trail (which starts from the Cascais market) and CUF clinic, this small little enclave of cottages is tucked away just above the river “Ribeira das Vinhas” and the valley that follows down to Cascais. It has a supermarket at the end of the road and a coffee shop just 300m. You can buy fresh bread locally each morning and soak up the local Portuguese community going about their everyday life in the small village called SantAna.

Getting Around:
There is a very regular bus which leaves from about 50m from the cottage into the town center. Alternatively, you can hire bicycles and cycle along the cycle paths down to the center, the marina or the beaches. It would be a 15-minute walk to the center of Cascais, 20 minutes to the Cascais train station and a couple of minutes more to the closest beach. The marina is a 30-minute walk. Its less than a 5-minute journey into the center by car or bus.

-Linen for each bed (1 set)
-Towels for each guest (1 set – bath towel and hand towel)
-Hygiene products – soap, shampoo, and toilet paper (for the first night)
* Extra linen and towels have a cost:
-Double bed changeover including towels - €23.95
-Single bed changeover including towels - €18.45
-Double bed changeover only - €8.95
-Single bed changeover only - €8.60
-Pack Towels only - €9.85
-Hourly maid service upon request
* Baby items have a cost:
-Baby cot including linen per night (min 3 nights) – €9.00
-Baby high chair per night (min 3 nights) – €6.00
-Baby tub (min 3 nights) – €5.00
* Please note that additional amenities like beach towels and umbrellas can be rented for a nominal fee. Feel free to send us a message to inquire about the rental prices for these items.
* We offer convenient airport transportation services. Feel free to reach out to us for further details and pricing.
* Please know that for late arrivals, the following charges will apply:
-For arrival at the property between 20h00 and 23h00 - €25.00
-For arrival at the property after 23h00 - €50.00.
-We are obliged to collect Tourist Tax for the city of Cascais, in cash on each arrival. The fee is 2€ per person per night, with a maximum charge of 14€ per person, children under thirteen are not subject to this tax.
* Parties and loud music are strictly not allowed at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise.
* Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.)
* Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency.
* Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of the agreement we have with our owners.

Interaction with Guests:
We leave you to enjoy your holiday on your own as we respect that you have decided on a local accommodation and might like to have the freedom to have less interaction with us.
