Beinn View House is an ideal holiday home for large groups and family holiday homes. This spacious and well-equipped two storey house is situated in it own garden grounds and has a private parking area at the front of the property. The property is located above the attractive Highland village of Conon Bridge, close to all local amenities including shops, restaurants, pubs and many more walks in the area.
Ground floor:
The large kitchen/ dining room os equipped with a double electric ove, fridge/ freezer, electric hob, dishwasher, wine cooler, kettle, toaster and a large table seating up to 8 guests. There are patio doors leading to the garden. There are bifold doors leading onto the spacious living room, which is also accessible through its own separate door. The spacious lounge has seating for up to 8 guests and features a wood burning stove and a smart TV. The bathroom has a bath, mains shower, toilet and wash basin. The down stairs bedroom offers guests a double bed, bedside cabinets with reading lamps and a wardrobe. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board.
Stairs to First Floor:
Large landing with seating. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets with reading lamps, ensuite shower room with toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom has a double bed with bedside cabinets with reading lamps and a wardrobe. The single bedroom has a single bed with reading lamps and a wardrobe. The second single bedroom benefits from a single bed, bedside cabinets with reading lamps and a wardrobe. The separate shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin. Outside of the property are large fully enclosed gardens, mainly laid to lawn with flower beds, decking with outside seating. Beinn View is a spacious, well-equipped holiday cottage set in an excellent location for exploring the wonderful Highland region. The village of Conon Bridge sits on the banks of the River Conon, a well known salmon river.

Please ensure you do this at least 3 days prior to arrival as our booking office and telephone system are not open after 5 pm and at weekends. You will only get key collection details after your online check-in and coronavirus declaration have been processed.
