The Price includes:

- EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in the event of cancellation of the stay = In addition to objectively documentable and unpredictable health or work reasons at the time of booking, you can cancel and be reimbursed in case of reasons related to: Covid-19 infections, epidemics and pandemics that directly affect you, your travel companion or family member; terrorist attack that hit the place of stay.
- Stay cancellation cover due to lockdown = It protects you and your travel companions in the event that you are forced to cancel your stay in the 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, due to the occurrence of Covid-19 epidemic containment measures officially imposed by the Governments/competent authorities.

Tenuta Cà Paolo is a typical Marche farmhouse that fully reflects the spirit of country houses, a refuge away from the chaos of the city, set in a farm estate of 50 hectares with arable land, truffle ground, private lake and uncontaminated woods that will bring you into close contact with nature. To be more precise, it is located in the heart of the Marche hinterland, in the province of Pesaro Urbino, just 5 km from the well-known town of Acqualagna, defined the Capital of the prized white truffle. Although over the years the property has undergone numerous renovations, the original plan has been maintained and the stones left exposed today in the external walls are the same ones that have always been there, as well as the terracotta and the oak and chestnut wood used for the ceiling beams, local materials that are the fruit of the mastery of skilled craftsmen. Surrounded by a wonderful garden with its green areas and rich vegetation of strawberry trees, broom, wisteria and aromatic herbs, its fortunate hilly location offers a wonderful view that stretches as far as the eye can see, especially from the swimming pool, on the edge of the lush valley.

Interior:
The property consists of two communicating apartments, both located on the first floor. Accessing the first apartment via a convenient external staircase, you enter directly into the living area with a comfortable sofa, TV area and access to a large terrace where you can dine outdoors. On the left is the large kitchen with dining table, excellent for snacks. Also on this floor is a double bedroom, a bathroom with tub that can also be used as a shower, and a second double bedroom. An additional external staircase located on the opposite side of the house leads to the second apartment and into a second large kitchen with living area and two double bedrooms served by a pretty bathroom with shower. The two apartments can communicate with each other through a door that unites two of the double bedrooms. On the ground floor is an additional bathroom with shower and laundry. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Park:
The property extends over an area of about 50 hectares, part of which is covered by a wood through which you can walk while the rest consists of the park around the house which guarantees privacy and great tranquillity. Immediately after the entrance gate is a dirt road that winds through a rich vegetation of pines, holm oaks, cypresses, medlars, a beautiful holly tree and many colourful blooms, including roses and various herbs. Along the garden next to the house is a shaded pergola where you can relax in the shade, thanks to the sofas that have been positioned outdoors in the coolest and most secluded spots where you can read or rest. Near the pool area, in a strategic panoramic point overlooking the pool and the surrounding hills, is an additional lawn area where children can play.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool area, embellished by a beautiful panoramic setting, is located at a higher level than the house from which it can be reached along a short dirt track. The south-facing pool, lined in sand-coloured PVC, has an infinity edge, chlorine purification and is accessed via a small beach. It measures 12 x 6 m with the depth varying from 50 cm (where children can safely play) to 1.40 m. The solarium area, equipped with night lighting, sunbeds and umbrellas, is paved along the perimeter of the pool and then bordered by a spacious lawn area. There is a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
