Checking in process were advised that place would be open and available from 2 o’clock. We could not get hold of host hat to ring Viber head office. We then got in at 4:30. We asked questions about the third bedroom only to be told she was the cleaner and did not have any information we called the host advisor we needed the third bridge because there was more people coming at a later date. We then had total silence from the host. It took us to the following Friday to get hold of her after at least 30 calls three visits to the actual shop that was shut we had called head office again, asked for host to call us as we could not contact them finally got hold of us late on Friday. We asked about the third bedroom were given a code and that didn’t work. We had to wait a further time for someone to do something on the computer which let us in the room, so we finally got in late Friday afternoon after ringing Vo to get a advice on what we needed to do the host advice she had lost her phone over Christmas and hadn’t been able to contact us. However we had advised her when we spoke to her on the first day that we needed to get into that third bedroom, so this was very very stressful and caused us to not enjoy our holiday as much as we should’ve done the property itself was fine. Everything was good great location it was just the host and the company that we’re dealing with the apartment absolutely 0 out of 10
