Inside the villa is set over 2 floors, incredibly spacious and airy with exposed stone walls and precious furniture that enhance the feeling of class and style. The main entrance leads to a welcoming living room with sofas, armchairs, satellite TV, wi-fi internet and a separate kitchen with a dining area that is finished to the highest standard and fully equipped for the preparation of any meals. Patio doors lead to the outdoor terrace furnished with a dining table, chairs, rattan sofas, barbecue and table tennis. The ground floor also includes a double bedroom, a huge family shower room, a private gym and a laundry area with a washing machine as well as a dryer. A sweeping stone staircase leads up to the first floor with its precious wooden floors and high ceilings. This floor houses a “home-cinema” with armchairs and flat screen, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
