We are excited to welcome you to Tribeca, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in Manchester City Centre's Northern Quarter district. There are 2 king-size beds and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a washing machine and a dishwasher. This apartment sleeps up to 6 guests.
The Space:
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The small kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. There is a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.
There is a 4 seater dining table located between the kitchen and living area. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
BEDROOMS
The bedrooms both have king-size beds and blackout blinds/curtains fitted, as well as a fitted wardrobes for extra storage should you need it.
BATHROOM
There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, one of which is an en-suite connecting to the master bedroom. There is a bath and a shower available. We provide bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
LIVING AREA
There is a 55 inch smart TV with Sky Cable TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access.
ACCESSIBILITY
For those with mobility considerations, kindly note this apartment is located on the second floor, accessible via stairs only. There is no elevator in the building.
LOCATION & PARKING
This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of the Northern Quarter, very close to The Arndale. There is a Multi-storey pay and display car park adjacent to the development, where is costs £20.50 to park for 24 hours. The full address of this car park is as follows: Northern Quarter Multi Storey, Church Street, M4 1LX.

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250. This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. No monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of the Northern Quarter, a short walking walking distance from the central bar and retail district. There is a public car park located nearby on Church Street - charges may apply. Please check your guest pass for more information. Manchester Victoria Station is 5-10 minutes away, and Shudehill bus depot and metrolink station is 5 minutes from the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. There is no elevator in the building. You will be required to climb the stairs to the first floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking.
