The Space:
The Jacksonheim Boutique are delighted to offer this 1 bedroom boutique loft apartment, comprising of an open plan living space, a double bedrooms and bathroom. This stylish apartment in a highly sought after mill conversion, pays true to the Gilded Age of New York City and the promise of the New World. The unique design of the space combines 15ft high ceilings, solid oak floors, high end design with original exposed brickwork, beams and steel pillars.
Our Aparthotel is a beautifully converted 1830's listed building and was originally used as a factory. The unique design of the space combines original features with modern, high-end fittings and huge victorian windows. NYC style is all about creating a hive of theatrics and energy.
The luxurious master bedroom boasts a beautiful double bed, fitted with luxurious bed linens, throws and an abundance of pillows and cushions. The space also contains a large, open wardrobe rail and chest of drawers.
The stunning bathroom, tiled in white bevelled porcelain with contrasting aqua marine blue painted finish, includes a large basin with designer taps and backlit mirrors. Fresh linen and an assortment of argon oil shampoo's and conditioner's, soap's and sanitiser's are provided complementary for your use during your stay.
The beautifully crafted open plan kitchen with quartz worktop, allows you to cook and entertain at the same time, as it is interconnected with the dining area. Complete with a breakfast bar, top of the range Siemens oven and microwave combo oven, induction hob, extractor fan, dish washer and washing machine. This kitchen provides the perfect high-tech arena in which to show off your cooking skills or simply cook a nice family meal.
There is also a broad selection of tea, coffee and accompanying sugars/sweetners, provide on the house, for you to choose from.
The 4 person breakfast bar on the kitchen island return, is the perfect place for a bite to eat and is also an excellent work space for those who may be travelling on business.
The living room has a super comfy chaise-longue 4 seater sofa-bed and a 55" Samsung smart TV with Netflix and Amazon TV access as stand.
Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the whole apartment. The property is in the heart of Manchesters hipster and bohemian districts of Ancoats and Northern Quarter, known for its challenging, creative and often political wall art. You are also never more than 20 meters from a bar, restaurant or grocery store. For those with mobility considerations, kindly note this apartment is located on the first floor, accessible via stairs only. There is no elevator in the building.

Getting Around:
When you walk out the front door, you will be in the heart of Manchesters hipster and Bohemian district of Northern Quarter.
You are never more than 20 meters from a bar, restaurant or grocery store.
There are a number of off and on street parking spaces available all around the development. You can park free of charge on the street in designated bays, between the hours of 20:00 and 18:00. There is also a Multi-storey pay and display car park adjacent to the development, where is costs £20.50 to park for 24 hours. The full address of this car park is as follows: Northern Quarter Multi Storey, Church Street, M4 1LX.
You will never be stuck for a place to park your car(s).

Other Things to Note:
In order to protect both the property and our guests, all guests are required to complete the MANDATORY deposit hold on our guest portal, powered by Enso Connect. The deposit hold places a £250 authorisation hold on a card of your choosing. No monies are taken from your card unless any damages are caused during your stay or additional fee’s are incurred during your stay. This could be for things like late checkout and other services, extra guests and or extra nights.
Please ensure these are completed prior to your stay as guests will not be able to access the apartments until your Enso verification and deposit hold is complete.
