Completing the interior is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, a ground-floor bathroom room with walk-in shower, separate bath, basin and WC, a lower-ground-floor kitchen, a utility, a lower-ground-floor dining room with electric fire, a sitting room with electric fire and a snug. Outside, there is private parking, a swimming pool, and a raised front terrace with table, chairs and barbecue and lower terrace with lawn area with fire pit. The Gulls is an outstanding retreat to be enjoyed all year around.

Strictly No Smoking. One well behaved dog permitted. Shop and pub 0.3 miles. Note: Children will have to be supervised when using the Plunge pool and lower garden area.

Close by is Dartmouth, or you could travel further along the coast to Paignton and Torquay.
