Central apartment with terrace on the beach

Beautiful and cozy apartment on the second line of the beach in the heart of Rincón de la Victoria with all services nearby. Have breakfast on the terrace enjoying this wonderful sun. The beach is across the street. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a fairly large kitchen with laundry room. You have free WIFI at your disposal, as well as air conditioning in all rooms and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc... In the surrounding area there are many restaurants, bars and shops of all kinds, as well as supermarkets and a pharmacy on the same street. Right next door is the bus stop that takes you directly to the center of Malaga.

The living room has a 3-seater sofa and two armchairs and a dining table for eating. The terrace is perfect to enjoy the magnificent Malaga climate. The main room has a double bed, TV and air conditioning. Another room has another double bed and air conditioning and the third has a trundle bed with 2 90cm beds. It has a complete bathroom with a shower, with natural soap, shower gel and shampoo made in Andalusia. There is also a toilet. The large kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, vitro, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, mixer and all the necessary kitchenware and dishes. From the kitchen you can access the laundry room where the washing machine is located.

The apartment is located in the center of Rincón de la Victoria. To get to the beach you just have to cross the street. The promenade is perfect for walking or playing sports as well as eating in its restaurants.
The area is full of restaurants, bars where you can have breakfast, shops of all kinds, pharmacies and supermarkets where you can buy everything you need.
Next to the building is the bus stop where you can take direct buses to the center of Malaga.

CHECKING - CHECKOUT
Key delivery takes place directly at the house. A person will greet you to show you the house, give you the key and give you a little interesting information about the area.
The entry time is as follows:
- From 12:00 to 20:00. Exceptions:
- Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house will not be ready because guests could leave that same day. In this case, a normal check-in will be carried out: handing over keys, leaving luggage, even changing clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it is finished, maximum 4:00 p.m., but we will notify you as soon as it is ready.
- From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash upon arrival.
- From 00:00 to 1:00 you have to pay a supplement of €50 in cash at the time of entry.
- We do not receive after 1:00.
- Depending on the circumstances, it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Ask.
