If you arrive between 7am and 10pm, you will collect the keys from the concierge. Out of these hours, you will need to collect the keys from EzyMart which is 900m away.
Please note that the set of keys that are in EzyMart DO NOT contain the parking remote. You will need to collect it from the concierge during regular hours.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travellers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more than welcome to stay with us.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
