The large functional floor plan is sprawled across three levels. You enter the property at ground level with a double bedroom and its own private bathroom. It has internal access to the double garage complete with full laundry facilities. Follow the stairs to the second floor to find a seamless living space between indoor and outdoor, with a modern kitchen, dining and lounge area, and bifold doors opening up to a beautiful outdoor entertainment deck. This level also has a powder room for your convenience. - Bed 3: 2 x King-Single - These can be pushed together to form a king upon request, located on the top level.
- Bed 4: 1 x Double bed - located on the lower level.
- 2 x Single airbeds can be arranged upon request and placed on level two.

Weddings, parties, functions and pets are not permitted.
